ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Attach the tube assembly (D), middle tube (E) and bottom tube (F) to base (G).
2. Place shade (H) onto socket with the socket ring (I) until snug.
3. Secure finial (A) and tube (B), (C) until snug.
4. Install the bulb, then insert the polarized plug into a wall outlet and enjoy.
5. To clean, use a soft dry cloth only. Never use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Use two 23W CFL Type bulbs or 100W (Maxim um) Incandescent A Type bulb.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully and easily inserted. Do not
alter the plug.
