GLASS SHADE INSTALLATION GUIDE
(Medium Base Pendant Set 120V)
IMPORTANT: For installation of pendants and wiring, please refer
to the Fixture Installation Guide included with fixture canopy
1. Prior to installing the pendant cord into the ceiling canopy, slide the Decorative Sleeve over the cord.
The pendant can now be installed per the FIXTURE INSTALLATON GUIDE.
2. Position the Socket through the top opening of the Glass Shade.
Secure the Glass Shade by threading the Check Ring on to the Socket.
3. Install bulb per label on luminaire, then restore power.

All electrical connections and the installation of this fixture must be in agreement with local codes,
ordinances or the NEC (National Electric Code) or CEC (Canadian Electrical Code).
Do not connect this fixture to an electrical system that does not provide a means for equipment grounding.
