Anschließen und Laden

Dieses Gerät ist elektrisch sicher und kann
ohne Bedenken im Bad benutzt werden.

Schließen Sie das Ladeteil an Netz-

spannung an. Setzen Sie das Handstück
auf das Ladeteil.

Ein Überladen ist nicht möglich.

Akku-Pfl

ege
Um die maximale Kapazität des Akkus
zu erhalten, trennen Sie mindestens alle
6 Monate das Ladeteil vom Netz und ent­laden Sie das Handstück durch reguläre
Benutzung.

Benutzung

Sie können Zahnpasta Ihrer Wahl verwenden.

Um ein Verspritzen zu vermeiden, führen Sie

•

die Bürste an die Zähne, bevor Sie das
Handstück einschalten.

•

Führen Sie die Bürste dann langsam von
Zahn zu Zahn und verweilen Sie einige
Sekunden pro Zahnfläche.

Führen Sie die Bürste über Zähne und

•

Zahnfleisch; beginnen Sie mit den Außen­flächen, gehen Sie dann über zu den Innen­flächen und putzen Sie schließlich auch die
Kauflächen.

•

Sie brauchen die Bürste nicht fest auf­zudrücken. Der Plaque-Entferner sorgt
automatisch für die richtige Putzbewegung.

•

Für eine gründliche Plaque-Entfernung
sollten Sie mindestens 2 Minuten lang
putzen.

Putzzeitsi
Der eingebaute Timer misst die
Putzzeit: Nach 2 Minuten erfolgt
das Putzzeitsignal durch einige
kurze Unterbrechungen der Bürsten­bewegung.

In den ersten Tagen der Verwendung Ihres
Braun Oral-B Plak Control kann es bei dafür
disponiertem Zahnfleisch zu leichtem Zahn­fleischbluten kommen, was jedoch in der
Regel nach einigen Tagen verschwindet. Falls
das Zahnfleischbluten länger als zwei Wochen
anhält, sollten Sie Ihren Zahnarzt aufsuchen.

Zahnärzte empfehlen, die Aufsteckbürste
alle 3 Monate zu erneuern. Daher ist die
Aufsteckbürste mit INDICATOR
versehen (I.a). Bei richtigem Putzen –
zweimal täglich mindestens 2 Minuten lang –
wird die Farbe der Borsten in 3 Monaten
bis auf die Hälfte zurückgehen (I.b), voraus­gesetzt, dass Sie Zahnpasta verwenden. Wenn
sich die Borsten verformen, bevor die Farbe
zurückgeht, bedeutet dies, dass Sie zu starken
Druck auf Ihre Zähne ausüben (I.c).

Ersatz-Aufsteckbürsten
Sie können alle Braun Oral-B Aufsteckbürsten
verwenden, die im Fachhandel oder beim
Braun Kundendienst erhältlich sind.

Reinigen

Spülen Sie die Aufsteckbürste nach jedem
Gebrauch bei eingeschaltetem Handstück
gründlich unter fließendem Wasser (II).

Handstück ausschalten, Aufsteckbürste
abziehen und beide Teile separat unter
fließendem Wasser spülen (III) und trocknen,
bevor die Bürste wieder aufgesteckt und das
Handstück auf den Ladesockel gestellt wird.

Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte das Ladeteil mit einem
feuchten Tuch abgewischt werden (IV).

Der Bürstenköcher (nur bei Modell D 9525)
kann zum

Reinigen herausgenommen werden.

Umweltschutz

Dieses Gerät enthält Nickel-Cadmium
Akkus. Im Interesse des Umwelt­schutzes bitte am Ende der Lebens­dauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll ent­sorgen. Die Entsorgung kann über
eine Braun Kundendienststelle oder
über entsprechende Sammelstellen erfolgen.

Falls Sie die Entsorgung jedoch selbst
vornehmen wollen, gehen Sie vor, wie im
Anhang «Akku-Entsorgung» beschrieben.

The Braun Oral-B Plak Control Ultra has
been developed together with leading dental
professionals to effectively remove plaque
from all areas of your teeth. It has been
designed for daily use for the whole family.

Please read the use instructions carefully
before first use.

Important
Periodically check the cord for damage.
Should this be the case, take the charging unit
(E ) to a Braun Service Centre. A damaged or
non-functioning unit should no longer be used.

Connecting and charging

The appliance is electrically safe and can be
used in the bathroom without hesitation.

Plug the charging unit into an electrical

•

outlet. Place the handle on the charging
unit. Handle must be switched off.

•

A full charge takes 16 hours and will provide
an operation time of approx. 20 minutes.

For everyday use, the handle can be

•

stored on the plugged-in charging unit to
maintain the toothbrush at full power.
Overcharging is impossible.

Battery maintenance
To maintain the maximum capacity of the
rechargeable battery, unplug the charging unit
and discharge the handle by regular use at
least every 6 months.

Using the toothbrush

The toothbrush can be used with any leading
brand of toothpaste.

To avoid splashing, guide the brushhead to

•

your teeth before switching the appliance
on.

Slowly guide the brushhead from tooth to

•

tooth, spending a few seconds on each
tooth surface.

Brush the gums as well as the teeth, first the

•

outsides, then the insides and finally the
chewing surfaces.

Do not press too hard or scrub, simply let

•

the brush do all the work.

To thoroughly remove plaque, brush for at

•

least two minutes.

Timer
An incorporated timer memorises the
elapsed brushing time. After two
minutes the timer signals by a short
stutter.

During the first days of using the toothbrush,
your gums may bleed slightly. In general,
bleeding should stop after a few days.
Should it persist after two weeks, please
consult your dentist or hygienist.

Dentists recommend that you replace any
toothbrush every 3 months. Therefore, the
brushhead is provided with INDICATOR
bristles (I.a). With proper brushing twice a day
for two minutes, the colour will disappear half­way down the bristles in a 3-month period,
provided you use toothpaste (I.b). If the
bristles splay before the colour recedes (I.c),
you are exerting too much pressure on teeth
and gums.

Replacement brushheads
This product can be used with all Braun Oral-B
brushheads.

Cleaning

After use, rinse the brushhead for several
seconds under running water with the handle
switched on (II ).

Then switch off the handle and take off the
brushhead. Rinse both parts separately under
running water (III ) and wipe them dry.

From time to time, also clean the charging unit
with a damp cloth (IV).

For cleaning purposes, the brushhead
compartment (D 9525 only) is removable.

Environmental notice

This product contains nickel­cadmium rechargeable batteries.
In the interest of protecting the
environment, do not dispose of the
product in the household waste at
the end of its useful life. Disposal can
take place at a Braun Service Centre.

However, if you prefer to dispose of the
battery yourself, please refer to the section
«Battery removal».

la famille.

proche. En cas d’endommagement ou de

Branchement et charge

La brosse à dents électrique évite tout danger
électrique et peut être utilisée sans aucun
problème dans votre salle de bains.

Brancher le chargeur sur une prise de

courant. Placer le corps de brosse sur le

chargeur. Le corps de brosse doit être éteint.

•

Il faut 16 heures pour une charge complète,

après laquelle vous disposez d’une auto-

nomie d’environ 20 minutes.

Pour une utilisation quotidienne, le corps de

brosse peut rester posé sur le chargeur pour

que la brosse à dents électrique conserve sa

pleine capacité. Il n’y a aucun risque de

surcharge.

etien des batteries
Afin de conserver la pleine capacité des bat­teries rechargeables, débrancher le chargeur
et utiliser la brosse régulièrement jusqu’à
décharge complète, au moins deux fois par an.

Utilisation de la brosse à dents
électrique

La brosse à dents électrique peut être utilisée
avec n’importe quelle marque de dentifrice.

•

Introduire la brosse dans la bouche avant
de la mettre en marche, de façon à éviter les
projections de dentifrice.

Déplacer la brosse lentement dent après

•

dent, en maintenant la brosse à dents en
place pendant quelques secondes sur
chaque dent.

•

Brosser vos gencives aussi bien que vos
dents, d’abord les surfaces extérieures, puis
les surfaces intérieures, et enfin les surfaces
de mastication.

•

Ne pas appuyer trop fort ni frotter, laisser
simplement la brosse faire son travail.

•

Pour éliminer complètement la plaque
dentaire, brosser vos dents au moins deux
minutes.

Minuterie
Une minuterie de brossage intégrée
mémorise le temps de brossage.
Après deux minutes d’utilisation la
minuterie émet un court signal.

Durant les premiers jours d’utilisation de la
brosse à dents électrique, il peut arriver que
les gencives saignent légèrement. En général,
après quelques jours, ce saignement
s’arrêtera. Cependant, s’il persiste au bout
de deux semaines, consulter votre chirurgien­dentiste.

Les chirurgiens-dentistes recommandent de
changer de brosse au moins tous les 3 mois.
C’est pourquoi la brossette est pourvue de
poils INDICATOR
correct, deux minutes deux fois par jour, la
couleur s’effacera sur mi-hauteur supérieure
des poils au bout de 3 mois d’utilisation, á
condition que vous utilisiez du dentifrice (I.b).
Si les poils s’écrasent avant que la couleur ne
s’efface (I.c), cela indique que vous exercez
une pression trop importante sur vos dents
et vos gencives.

Remplacement des br
Ce produit peut être utilisé avec toutes les
brossettes Braun Oral-B.

Entretien

Après utilisation, rincer la brossette sous
l’eau du robinet avec l’interrupteur en marche
pendant quelques secondes (II).

Arrêter l’appareil et ôter ensuite la brossette
du corps de brosse. Nettoyer les deux parties
séparément en les passant sous l’eau (III),
et les essuyer.

De temps à autre, nettoyer aussi le chargeur
avec un chiffon humide (IV).

Pour une meilleure hygiène, le compartiment
de rangement des brossettes (seulement avec
le modèle D 9525) est amovible.

Information sur l’environnement

Ce produit contient des batteries
rechargeables au cadmium nickel.
Afin de protéger l’environnement,
ne pas le jeter dans un vide-ordures
ordinaire á la fin de sa durée de vie.
Vous pouvez le remettre á un centre
service agréé Braun.

Cependant, si vous préférez vous-même
procéder á la mise au rebut du produit, veuillez
vous reporter au chapitre « Retrait de la
batterie ».

Controllate di tanto in tanto il cordone per
individuare eventuali danni. Nel caso ve ne
fossero, staccato l’unità di ricarica (E) dalla
rete e portatela in un Centro di Assistenza
Braun. Un’unità di ricarica danneggiata o
scarsamente funzionante non deve essere
più utilizzata.

Allacciamento e ricarica

Il rimotore di placca è elettricamente sicuro e
può essere utilizzato in bagno senza problemi.

• Collegate l’unità di ricarica ad una presa di

corrente. Mettete il corpo motore nell’unità

di ricarica. Il corpo motore deve essere

spento.

• Una ricarica completa richiede 16 ore e

garantisce un’autonomia di utilizzo di circa

20 minuti.

• Per l’utilizzo quotidiano lo strumento può

essere lasciato inserito nell’unità di ricarica

per mantenere la massima potenza del

rimotore di placca. Non è più possibile

sovraccaricare le batterie.

Mantenimento delle batterie
Per mantenere la massima efficienza delle
batterie ricaricabili, scollegare almeno ogni
6 mesi l’unità di ricarica dalla presa di corrente
e scaricare completamente il corpo motore
con il normale utilizzo.

Utilizzo del rimotore di placca

Questo prodotto può essere utilizzato con
qualsiasi marca di dentifricio.

• Per evitare schizzi, accendete il corpo

motore dopo aver posizionato lo spazzolino

sui denti.

• Guidate la testina lentamente da dente a

dente, lasciando agire lo spazzolino alcuni

secondi su ciascun dente.

• Spazzolate sia il bordo gengivale che i denti,

prima la parte esterna poi la parte interna,

quindi la superficie di masticazione.

• Non esercitate una pressione eccessiva e

non sfregate energicamente, lasciate sem-

plicemente che lo spazzolino compia il suo

movimento.

• Per rimuovere completamente la placca,

spazzolate i denti per almeno 2 minuti.

Timer
Un timer incorporato memorizza il
tempo di

spazzolamento trascorso.
Trascorsi 2minuti – il timer emette
un segnale intermittente.

Durante i primi giorni di utilizzo del rimotore
di placca le gengive potrebbero sanguinare
leggermente. Dopo qualche giorno il san­guinamento dovrebbe terminare. Se le
gengive continuassero a sanguinare per più di
2 settimane, consultate il Vostro dentista
o igienista.

I dentisti raccomandano di sostituire qualsiasi
spazzolino almeno ogni 3 mesi. Per questo
motivo lo spazzolino è dotato di setole
INDICATOR
due volte al giorno per due minuti con il
dentifricio, il colore si riduce a metà in un
periodo di 3 mesi (I.b). Se le setole iniziano
a consumarsi prima che il colore inizi a
retrocedere (I.c), significa che state eserci­tando una pressione eccessiva su denti e
gengive.

Spazzolini di ricambio
Questo prodotto può essere utilizzato con
qualsiasi spazzolini di ricambio della gamma
Braun Oral-B.

(I.a). Con un uso appropriato,

Pulizia

Dopo l’uso sciacquate lo spazzolino per alcuni
secondi sotto l’acqua corrente con il corpo
motore acceso (II).

Spegnete quindi il corpo motore e rimuovete
lo spazzolino. Pulite entrambe le parti
separatamente sotto l’acqua corrente (III)
e asciugatele con uno straccio.

Il comparto portaspazzolini (solo D 9525) può
essere rimosso
pulizia.

Questo prodotto contiene batterie
ricaricabili al Nickel Cadmio. Per pro­teggere l’ambiente non gettate il
prodotto tra i normali rifiuti domestici
