Barrier-free and ADA compliant
The Terreon Tri-Fount™ with infrared is designed to comply with all ADA guidelines on reaches, clearances and operation when mounted at standard height dimensions by the installer (see page 4 of this instruction manual for rough-in and mounting dimensions).

Step 2: Install Vernatherm™ valve
1. Connect the braided hoses and pipe cross to the Vernatherm™ valve (see Figure 2).
2. Install the two pipe clamps on the Vernatherm™ assembly (Figure 2).
3. Install the Vernatherm assembly by placing the two pipe clamps on the mounting studs in the middle of the pedestal frame (Figure 2).
4. Install the two 1/4-20 nuts and washers supplied to secure the pipe clamps to the mounting studs.
5. Connect the rough-in supply piping after you have read the following:
• The stop/check valve must be used in order to provide proper cross flow checking. No other stops are required. These stops MUST be fully opened for proper operation of the metering valves.
• The thermostatic mixing valve requires at least 115° F water from the hot water side for proper operation. As with all lavatories, there will be a delay in obtaining warm water. If the hot water is too far away from the washfountain, a circulating pump may be required.
FOR SINGLE TEMPERED SUPPLY (OPTIONAL):
Connect the 90° elbow to the 1/2" tempered supply line as shown in Figure 2a.
