Frequently Asked Quesons
WHY WON’T MY BIG BUTTON WORK?
Make sure you have fresh batteries and that they are installed correctly (see Setup on page 3). If
this does not solve the problem, please call (813) 871-0389 for technical support. We are more
than happy to help you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CODE WILL WORK FOR MY DEVICE?
Look up the brand name of your device in Programming Codes (see pages 6-13). Each code is 3
digits. Enter one code at a time and test the remote control after each code is entered until you
proceed to Power Scan (see page 3).
I WANT MY DEVICES TO COME ON ALL AT THE SAME TIME. WHAT DO I DO?
Program each of your devices separately and make sure they are all functioning properly. Once
they are all programmed, power on all devices. Hold down the applicable device mode button (TV,
VCR, DVD or CBL/SAT) until the indicator light starts to blink, release the device button and press
and release the ON/OFF button twice. If you have a cable or satellite device, use the CBL/SAT

again (see Master Power on page 4).
I USED THE POWER SCAN OPTION TO FIND A CODE FOR MY DEVICE. HOW
DO I KNOW WHAT THE CODE IS?
Please follow the instructions on page 4 for ID Recall.
I CANNOT GET MY VOLUME TO WORK ON MY SATELLITE RECEIVER OR

You need to set up Volume Punch Through. See the instructions on page 4.
