SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: It is important that all operators read and understand all
sections of this Tool Technical Data manual and the separate Safety and Operating Instruction Manual which
come with this tool. Failure to do so could result in you or others in the working area to be seriously injured.
WARNING! Eye protection in accordance with 89/686/EEC, and with equal or greater grade than defined in
EN166 should be used. However all aspects of operators work, environment and other type/s of machinery
being used, should also be considered when selecting any personal protection equipment. Note: Non-side
shielded spectacles and face shields alone do not provide adequate protection.
WARNING! To prevent accidental injuries:
Never place a hand or any other part of the body in fastener discharge area of tool.
•
Never point tool at yourself or anyone whether it contains fasteners or not.
•
Never engage in horseplay.
•
Never pull the trigger unless the nose is directed towards the work.
•
Always handle the tool with care.
•
Do not pull the trigger or depress the trip mechanism whilst loading the tool.
•
To prevent accidental actuation and possible injury, always disconnect air supply.
•
1. Before making adjustments. 2. When servicing the tool. 3. When clearing a jam. 4. When tool is not in use.
5. When moving to a different work area, as accidental actuation may occur, possibly causing injury.
Read the additional Safety & Operating instructions booklet before using tool.
•
Do not use oxygen and combustible gases as an energy source for pneumatically operated tools.
•
The operation of this tool can cause sparks and act as a source of ignition for flammable fuels and gases.
•
IMPORTANT! Tool Operation:
To identify the operation type of your model, check the ID label affixed to the tool/ rear of this manual and the
•
corresponding table (marked ?) column L for that model. Read the corresponding section in the Safety &
Operating instructions for information of each trip type.
WARNING! Moveable Parts & Jaw (FIG 1)
These tools feature moveable parts including the jaw to close the fasteners. Make sure only the material to be
•
fastened is placed within the jaws of this tool to avoid the danger of crushing of fingers. Keeps hands clear at all
times to prevent serious injury.
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS- SC7 Series (Fig 2A, 2B,3,4 )
1. Slide the fasteners onto the magazine rail (Fig 2A) towards the front of the magazine (Fig 2B)
2. Pull back the pusher past the fasteners (Fig 3)
3. Gently release the pusher, so that it remains behind the fasteners, pushng them along the magazine (Fig 4)
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS- TR201, TR203, TR315 (Fig 5,6,7)
1. Disengage the latch and pull back magazine side. (Fig. 5)
2. With magazine fully open, insert fasteners. Points must be against bottom of magazine. (Fig. 6)
3. Push magazine forward and engage latch. (Fig. 7)
Note: TR201 tools use a short magazine/pusher that holds up to 50 rings. The TR201 & TR315 models have a
longer magazine/pusher that can hold up to 100 rings.
Note: Use only fasteners recommended by Bostitch for use in Bostitch tools or fasteners which meet Bostitch
specifications

Ne jamais diriger la machine vers soi-même ni vers autrui, qu’elle soit chargée ou non.

Ne jamais s'amuser ou chahuter avec la fixeuse.

Ne jamais appuyer sur la gâchette si le nez n'est pas appuyé contre la pièce à usiner.

Toujours manipuler la fixeuse avec précaution.

Pour éviter toute mise en marche accidentelle et par conséquent des risques de blessures, il faut toujours

1. Avant de procéder à un réglage. 2. Pendant les opérations d’entretien. 3. Pour débloquer un grippage. 4.
Lorsque l’outil est inutilisé. 5. Si l’on se déplace dans une autre zone de travail, afin d’éviter toute mise en
marche accidentelle et par conséquent des risques de blessures.

Ces outils comprennent des parties qui bougent y compris la mâchoire qui sert à fermer les attaches. Veillez à

ce que seul le matériel qui doit être attaché soit mis dans les mâchoires de l'outil afin d'éviter tout accident, tout

INSTRUCTIONS POUR CHARGER L’OUTIL - Série SC7 (Fig 2A, 2B,3,4 )
1. Faites glisser les attaches le long du rail du magasin (Fig 2A) vers l'avant du magasin (Fig 2B)
2. Tirez le poussoir vers l’arrière, en dépassant les attaches (Fig 3)
3. Relâchez doucement le poussoir afin qu’il reste derrière les attaches et qu’‘il les pousse le long du magasin (Fig
4)

1. Déverrouillez la sécurité et tirez sur le côté du magasin. (Fig. 5)
2. Une fois que le magasin est complètement ouvert, insérez les attaches, la pointe en bas. (Fig. 6)

WARNUNG! Bewegliche Teile und Backe (ABB. 1)
Diese Geräte verfügen über bewegliche Teile sowie eine Backe zum Verschließen der

Befestigungselemente. Versichern Sie sich, dass sich nur das zu befestigende Material in der Backe des
Werkzeugs befindet, um versehentliches Einquetschen Ihrer Finger zu vermeiden. Die Hände stets fernhalten,
um potentiell ernsthafte Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
LADEANWEISUNGEN - SC7-Reihe (Abb. 2A, 2B, 3, 4)
1. Die Befestigungselemente in die Magazinschiene einlegen (Abb. 2A) und in Richtung der
Magazinvorderseite gleiten lassen (Abb. 2B).
2. Den Schieber hinter die Befestigungselemente ziehen (Abb. 3).
3. Den Schieber vorsichtig loslassen, bis er gegen die Befestigungselemente drückt und diese entlang des
Magazins schiebt (Abb. 4).
LADEANWEISUNGEN - TR201, TR203, TR315 (Abb. 5, 6, 7)
1. Den Halteriegel lösen und Richtung Magazin ziehen (Abb. 5).
2. Bei komplett geöffnetem Magazin die Befestigungselemente einlegen. Die Spitzen müssen dabei nach
unten zeigen (Abb. 6).

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
BELANGRIJK, LEES DIT ZORGVULDIG: Het is belangrijk dat alle operators alle delen van deze
Handleiding met technische informatie over dit gereedschap en de afzonderlijke Handleiding voor veiligheid
en bediening lezen en begrijpen. Wanneer dit niet gebeurt, kan dit leiden tot ernstig letsel voor u of anderen
in de werkomgeving
OPGELET! Men dient oogbescherming conform 89/686/EEC en een gelijke of hogere klasse dan in
EN166 te gebruiken. Alle aspecten van de werkzaamheden van operator, milieu en andere gebruikte type/s
machines dienen eveneens overwogen te worden bij het selecteren van lichamelijke
beschermingsapparatuur. Opmerking: Een bril zonder laterale afscherming of een masker voor het gezicht alleen bieden
geen adequate bescherming.
WAARSCHUWING! Om toevallige wonden te vermijden:
De hand of gelijk welk ander lichaamsdeel nooit in het uitgangsgedeelte van de bevestigingsmiddelen van het
•
gereedschap steken;
Het gereedschap nooit naar zichzelf of tegen andere personen richten, of er nu bevestigingsmiddelen in het
•
gereedschap zitten of niet;
Nooit schertsen met de hechtmachine;
•
Nooit op de trekker duwen wanneer de neus niet in de richting staat van het materiaal dat gehecht moet worden;
•
Het gereedschap steeds met zorg behandelen;
•
Niet op de trekker duwen, noch op de taster tijdens het laden van het gereedschap.
•
Om onvoorziene bediening en mogelijk letsel te voorkomen, de luchttoevoer altijd afkoppelen:
•
1. Alvorens afstellingen uit te voeren. 2. Tijdens onderhoud van het gereedschap. 3. Bij het verhelpen van een blokkering.
4. Wanneer het gereedschap niet in gebruik is. 5. Tijdens verplaatsing naar een andere werkzone,aangezien het
gereedschap per ongeluk geactiveerd kan worden en mogelijk letsel kan veroorzaken.
Leest u het boekje met aanvullende veiligheidsinstructies en gebruiksaanwijzingen alvorens het gereedschap in
•
gebruik te nemen.
Gebruik geen zuurstof en brandbare gassen als energiebron voor pneumatisch bediend gereedschap.
•
De werking van dit hulpmiddel kan vonken veroorzaken en een ontstekingsbron zijn voor ontvlambare brandstoffen
•
en gassen.
BELANGRIJK! Werking van de machine:
Om vast te stellen met welke categorie gereedschap u gaat werken, moet u de ID-label controleren die bij het
•
gereedschap/aan de achterkant van deze handleiding zit, alsook de bijpassende tabel (aangeduid?) kolom L voor dat
model. Lees het bijbehorende gedeelte in de Veiligheids- en bedieningsinstructies voor informatie over elk type trekker.
WAARSCHUWING! Beweegbare onderdelen & klem (FIG 1)
Deze gereedschappen omvatten beweegbare onderdelen waaronder de klem om de bevestigers te sluiten. Zorg ervoor
•
dat alleen materiaal dat bevestigd moet worden, zich binnen de klem van dit gereedschap bevindt om te voorkomen dat uw
vingers worden geplet. Houd uw handen altijd uit de buurt om serieuze verwondingen te voorkomen.
LAADINSTRUCTIES- SC7 Reeks (Fig 2A, 2B, 3, 4)
1. Schuif de bevestigers op de rail van het magazijn (Fig 2A) naar de voorkant van de machine (Fig 2B).
2. Duw de aandrijver terug langs de bevestigers (Fig 3)
3. Laat de aandrijver zachtjes los, zodat hij achter de bevestigers blijft, en ze langs het magazijn duwt (Fig 4)
LAADINSTRUCTIES- TR201, TR203, TR315 (Fig 5, 6, 7)
1. Maak de klink los en duw de zijkant van het magazijn terug (Fig 5)
2. Doe de bevestigers in het magazijn terwijl het helemaal open is. De uiteinden moeten tegen de bodem van het magazijn
zijn. (Fig 6)
3. Duw het magazijn naar voren en laat de klink los. (Fig 7)
