ANTI-SEIZE &

COMPOUNDS

Never-Seez compounds provide
protection in a lot of ways.
Properly applied, they provide a
fine, protective film that doesn’t
burn off or wash off in salt or
fresh water. Each Never-Seez
product is formulated to work in
a specific, critical environment.

REGULAR GRADE

The “original” anti-seize com­pound and extreme pressure
lubricant formulated with cop­per, graphite, aluminum and
other ingredients to protect
metal parts against rust, corro­sion and seizure up to 1800ºF.
Fine metallic and graphite parti­cles in special grease protect
parts even in high heat, high
pressure and corrosive environ­ments. Ford ESE-M12A4-A,

PURE NICKEL SPECIAL

A nickel and graphite based anti­seize compound formulated to
protect up to 2400ºF against
seizure and galling, galvanic and
severe environmental corrosion.
Never-Seez Pure Nickel Special
is a superior,
high tem­perature
anti-seize
and

extreme pressure lubricant. It
contains flake particles of pure
nickel, graphite and other addi­tives in a special grease carrier
found to enhance anti-seize per­formance. This product is rec­ommended for use when appli­cations prohibit the presence of
copper, especially when resist­ance to corrosive acidic and
caustic solutions is required.

HIGH TEMPERATURE
STAINLESS

A stainless steel, graphite, alu­minum based anti-seize com­pound formulated to protect up to
2200ºF against seizure and galling,
galvanic and severe environmental
corrosion. It was specifically
designed for applications that can­not use nickel based products.

Tested to MIL-A-907.

MARINE GRADE

This unique product prevents
rust, galling and galvanic corro­sion in salt water, salt air and
high-moisture environments. It
is a proven combination of cop­per flakes, graphite, and alu­minum paste suspended in
grease specially formulated for
marine applications to protect
up to 1800ºF. This product was
developed from years of experi­ence working with marine engi­neers to provide superior parts
protection in applications
exposed to salt water. Never­Seez Marine Grade is the best
choice for protection both
above and below the water
line. Tested to MIL-A-907.

NICKEL NUCLEAR GRADE

The standard in the nuclear
industry, Nickel Nuclear Grade
Never-Seez is specially tested
and certified pure for use in
nuclear power plants. Each pro­duction lot of Nuclear Grade
Never-Seez is tested for contam­inants of sulfur, halogens and
low-melt metals and each con­tainer is labeled with the lot
number that certifies purity.
Recommended for nuclear fit­tings, valves and steam mani­folds. Provides maximum
protection from high heat up
to 2400ºF and aggressive chemi­cals. Meets General Electric
D50YP12, Westinghouse and
Bectel’s nuclear specifications.
Tested to MIL-A-907.

HIGH TEMPERATURE STAIN­LESS NUCLEAR GRADE

This premium grade anti-seize was
developed in conjunction with
Electricite de France (EDF) and
meets General Electric specification
D50YP12, Westinghouse and
Bectel’s nuclear specifications.
Protects nuclear components from
seizure and galling at temperatures
up to 2200ºF. Each production lot
of Nuclear Grade Never-Seez is test­ed for contaminants of sulfur, halo­gens and low-melt metals and each
container is labeled with the lot
number that certifies purity. Tested
to MIL-A-907.

Premium pipe and fitting lubricant
and anti-seize compound formulated
to provide maximum thread lubrica­tion in a wide range of pipe threads
and fittings. The use of Teflon‚ and
other sealant enhancing additives in

Never-Seez Pipe Compound, allows
greater thread engagement and more
positive sealing. This product pre­vents corrosion and galling of
threads for easy disassembly at tem­peratures up to 525ºF. Recommended
for use on black iron, galvanized
stainless steel, and high pressure
steam pipes in contact with mal­leable cast iron, brass, stainless steel
and galvanized fittings.

BLUE MOLY

Never-Seez Blue Moly lubricant is
designed for industrial applications
requiring non-destructive assembly
and disassembly where combina­tions of high loads, high tempera­tures and low speeds are encoun­tered to reduce friction during the
assembly of press-fit components.
This multi-purpose extreme pres­sure anti-seize lubricant contains a
high concentration of molybdenum
disulfide. Especially effective under
extreme pressures involving heavy
loads and slow speed resulting in
boundary lubrication conditions,
Never-Seez Blue Moly withstands
pressures to 300,000 psi and tem­peratures up to 1500ºF.

WHITE FOO D GRADE
WITH PTF E

Meets FDA and USDA requirements
for incidental food contact. Fortified
with high load carrying solid lubri­cants, it lubricates and protects
bearings, gears and other moving
parts exposed to high temperatures
up to 475ºF and wash downs. The
unique dispersion of FDA author­ized PTFE provides additional
lubricity especially where a thin film
of lubricant is desirable. Never-Seez
White Food Grade with PTFE is vir­tually odorless, colorless, and taste­less. It is a “multi-purpose” lubri­cant for varied services within a
food handling plant.

BLACK MOLY

A high percentage of lubricious
molybdenum disulfide in a premi­um grease provides ultimate protec­tion for component assembly and
roller bearings exposed to extreme
pressure, high temperature and
slow operating speeds. Withstands
up to 500,000 psi and temperatures
up to 750ºF.

RED BEARING LUBRICANT

Never-Seez Red Bearing Lubricant is
a special formulation of polyurea
thickened grease and rust inhibitors
that work to provide maximum
bearing life. Superior in perform­ance to soap thickened grease, Red
Bearing Lubricant has 70% longer
life than commercial lubricants as
well as temperature resistance to
350ºF continuous service and

400ºF intermittent. It also shows
excellent structural stability and
maintains its consistency better
than competitive greases under
severe operating conditions such as
encountered in an over packed
bearing. Red Bearing Lubricant
does not thin out in the presence of
water and resists water washout,
mild acid and alkaline solutions.

HIGH TEMPERATURE
BEAR I N G LUB RICANT

Never-Seez High Temperature
Bearing Lubricant is an exclusive
combination of a specially formulat­ed high temperature grease and
lubricating enhancers that provide
long lasting lubrication at tempera­tures between 500ºF and 1000ºF.
High Temperature Bearing
Lubricant is recommended for ball
and roller bearings, bushings, open
and sealed bearings.

LITH IUM EP G REASE

A multi-purpose lubricant for maxi­mum protection of highly stressed
mechanical components in a wide
range of operating temperatures.
This NLGI 2 product offers extreme
pressure performance, high load
protection and corrosion resistance.
A medium viscosity base oil with
lithium soap thickener, it offers
superior lubricating properties at
low to moderate speeds, in temper­atures from 10ºF to 250ºF.
