INSTALLATIONMETHOD
1.Toturntheuniton/off.
WhentheunitispowerOff,itmaybeswitchedOnbypressinganybuttonexcept
RELEASEbutton.
WhentheunitisswitchedOn,pressandholdPOWERbuttonformorethan0.5
seconds,toswitchthepoweroff.
2.Toselectfunctionmode
PressSRCbuttontochangefunctionmodeasfollows:

PressSELbuttonshortlyandrepeatedlytoselectmodeofVOL(volume),BASS
(withoutpresetDSP),TRE(treble)(withoutpresetDSP),BAL(balance)andFAD
(fader)inthesequenceandcirculation.Ineachmode,thewaitingtimeisabout5
seconds,andwhenthewaitingtimeisover,itwillreturntothelastdisplaymode.
Afterselectingasoundmode,usevolumecontroltosetleveloftheselectedsound
mode.
Thisisananti-theftinstallationmethod.ThemainunitwearsaMETALMOUNTINGSLEEVE.
Pleaseconnectthewiring,eg,thePowerSupply,theSpeakersandtheAntennaaccordingto
therequirementsofthisInstructionManual,theninstallthemetalmountingsleeveintothecar
asperthediagramillustratedbelow.
Toboostupthecapabilityofanti-jamming,

6.ID3FUNCTION
InUSB/CARDmode,duringplayback,ifyoupressDISPbuttonorDSPbuttononremote
controlthentheinformationofthesongstitle,artist,etcwilldisplayontheLCD.Aslongas
thecurrentplayingmusiccontainsrelevantID3taginformation.Pressagaintocancelthe
ID3function.

5.Talkingvolumelevelsetting
Whiletalking,usevolumecontroltoadjustvolumelevel,butthisvolume
levelcannotbesaved.
6.Diallingorreceivingcallswhiletheunitisinsleepmode
Whenthecarradioisinstandbymode(AcconandPoweroff),whendialling
orreceivingacall,thecarradiowillpoweronautomatically.Afterthecallis
completed,theradiowillreverttostandbymode.
7.STBUTTON
InFMmode,presstheSTbuttonbrieflyonremotecontroltoselectstereoormonosound
mode.
8.LOUDBUTTON
Whenpressshortly,theLOUDmodeisturnedon,itstoenhancethebasssound
effectwhenthevolumelevelislow.Pressagaintocanceltheloudnesseffect.
9.LOCBUTTON
RadiostationsearchmodeisdividedbythisLO/DXswitch,thisbuttoncanbe
usedtocontrolanattenuatorinthetunerduringsearch.Thedetectinglevelof
seek,scan,auto-memorywillbereducedasmuchastheattenuatedlevelof
thetuner.Inradiomode,presstheLOCbuttontochangelocalreceptionor
distancereception.(Note:ThisbuttonisonlyforFMreception.InAMmode,
LOCisvoid.)
10.Toremovefrontcontrolpanel
PressRELEASEbuttontoreleasefrontcontrolpanelfromunitchassis,thenyou
canremoveitfromunitchassis.
Whenfrontcontrolpanelisremoved,theLEDindicatoronfrontcabinetflashes.
11.Toresetunit
Beforeoperatingtheunitforthefirsttime,orafterreplacingthecarbatteryor
changingtheconnections.Youmustresettheunit.
(Toresettheunit,removethefrontcontrolpanel,thenpressRESETbuttonandhold
formorethan8secondswithacuspidalobject.)
Note:Pressandhold1/Thisoperation
willerasesomestoredcontentsandrestoretheunittoitsoriginalfactorysettings.

7.TotransfertheaudioofafileplayedbyMobilePhonetotheCarAudioPlayer
IfthemobilephonesupportsA2DPandcouldplayaudiofiles,whentheMo bile
Phoneplaysanaudiofile(ForsomeMobilePhones,youmustfirstselectPlay
byBT),theplaybackwillbetransferredtotheCarAudioPlayer.
InA2DPmode,iftheBluetoothdeviceoftheMobilePhonesupportsAVRCP,
thefunctionsofthe>>|,|<<andPLAY/PAUSEbuttonsarethesameasone
inmediamode(nofastforward/backwardfunctionsforthe>>|/|<<buttons).
Theotherbuttonsnormallyavailableinmediamodearenotavailable.

second,theradiosearchesfromthecurrentfrequencyandchecksthesignalstrengthlevel
untilthe6strongeststationsarefound.Andthenthe6strongeststationsarepresettothe
correspondingpresetmemorynumberedbank.Theauto-storageoperationisimplemented
intheeachselectedband.Whentheauto-storageoperationisfinished,theradioexecutes
Presetscan.
USB/CardOPERATION:
1.ToinsertorpulloutSDcardorUSBstick
WhenneedingtoplaybackSDorUSBmusic,insertSDcardorUSB
stickintoSDslotorUSBsocket.Thentheplayingmodewillbechangedinto
SDorUSBmodeanddisplayCardorUSBonLCD(WhenSDcardand
USBstickarebothinsertedintotheirslotorsocket,theplayingmodewillbechanged
intothemodeofthelatterone),andthenplaythefirsttrackofSDorUSB.

buttontoconfirmthenumberandflashthe0onnextsmallerdigitposition.
Withthesamemeans,selectthenumberontheflashingdigitpositionwith
VOLknob.Afterfinishingselectingthenumbersonalldigitsposition,press
1/PLAYbuttontoplaythetrackoftheselectedserialnumber.
BlueToothHandfreeSystem:
1.Pairing
TurnonBluetoothmodeofmobilephone,thenselectthefunctionforFinding
BluetoothDeviceandenterit.Afterfinishingfinding,itwillshowthenameof
BluetoothDeviceiffound,selectitandenterit,thenitwillshowaninterfacethat
asksyoutoinputpassword.Inputthepassword0000andenterit,thenthe
LCDofthecaraudiosystemwilldisplayBTREADYandPHONE
2.Connectionordisconnection
A)Usemobilephonetodoconnectionordisconnection
1)Inconnectionstatus,findthepairedandconnectedBluetoothDevice,then
pressthedisconnectionbuttontododisconnection.
