Fire Alarm Systems | STH‑15S Series Supervised Horn Loudspeakers

Wheelock's STH‑15S Series Horn Loudspeakers are
equipped with a compression driver that provides up to
15 W RMS power handling capability with excellent clarity
and sound dispersion to achieve maximum sound
projection and penetration. Weather‑resistant metal
construction assures protection against water, humidity,
vermin, and corrosion. The mounting bracket adjusts both
horizontally and vertically to allow directional sound
dispersion.

Functions

Sound Settings

Each speaker has a slotted rotating switch used to set the
output decibels. Refer to the installation instructions
packed with the product for specific information about
these settings.

Strobe Option

The STH‑15S Series Horn Loudspeakers can be mounted
using an SBL‑R Surface‑mount Back Box with an SHMP‑R or
SHMP‑W Adapter Plate and an RSSP Series Retrofit Strobe
Plate.

Installation/Configuration Notes

Compatibility Information

The STH‑15S Series Horn Loudspeakers are compatible
with the Wheelock SAFEPATH4 system. They can be used
with other amplifier networks that provide the necessary
power and input impedance.

Mounting Considerations

Wall mount the horn loudspeaker using appropriate
mounting hardware. Slots are provided in the swivel base
for banding straps to allow mounting on beams, poles, and
girders.
