Instructions for the Matilda Rocker
Assembly
Stage 1 Base Section:
• Gently hammer the 4 castor sleaves into the holes provided
at the bottom of the leg panels.
• Push castors into castor sleaves.
• Attach cross beam to leg panels with four connecting bolts
and 2 wooden dowels.
• Attach the 4 rocking bars to the base frame as shown with
4 capping nuts provided (Do not tighten at this stage).
Stage 2 Cradle Section:
• Attach the 2 side panels to the head panel with 4
connecting bolts. (Make sure the grooved side of the
side panel is facing inward - see picture on right)
• Slide the base panel into the grooves of the side
panels.
• Attach the front panel to the side panels with the 4
connecting bolts.
Stage 3 Finished Product:
• Attach the cradle section to base section by inserting the
rocking bars into the holes on the foot and head panels.
Secure them in position with 4 capping nuts. (see picture)
• Tighten all
bolts (Do not over tighten).
WARNING:
• Please ensure that the brakes on all four castors are released before moving the cradle.
• Regularly check your cradle to ensure that all the rocking bars are in their correct positions,
and the capping nuts are tightly fitted.
