FCC STATEMENT

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and 2) this device

must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance

could void your authority to operate the equipment.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide

reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.

This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed

and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio

communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on,

the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following

measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the

receiver is connected.

Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Introduction:

Before using your sportpods 2 for the first time, please take a few moments to read through the user manual.

Micro USB

Multifunction(ON/OFF)

Bluetooth operation:

1. Activate y our phone’s Bluetooth function a nd enter its searching mod e.

2. Press & hold the multifunction button (1) on your Sportpods until you prompted “power on – pairing” or the LED (4) flashes red & blue – this is pairing mode.

3. Your mobile phone will find “SP2”, connect to this and wait until prompted “connected” or the LED (4) has turned to a slow flashing blue. This indicates that your Sportpods are now successfully connected.

4. Switch OFF press and hold (1) until you are prompted “goodbye” or the LED has gone out.

5. Once connected to your phone your Sportpods will automatically connect to that device if in range.

Charging:

Simply connect the USB cable end directly to a PC, laptop or mains USB and the Micro USB end to your Sportpods (5), the LED with be constantly red whilst charging and when it’s fully charged the light will turn blue.

Please note:

When charging remove the silicone micro USB cover gently and replace securely or this will no longer be sweat proof and will void your warranty.

LED

ITS IMPORTANT FOR BEST SOUND QUALITY THAT YOU USE THE CORRECT EAR TIP SIZE.

To change ear tip sizes; simply peel away & replace with bigger

or smaller ear piece included. Make sure the ear tip is secure all the way around before placing into your ear. Please note which

side you are replacing, the ear tips are marked ‘L’(left) ‘R’ (right),

if unsure which side is left or right please refer to diagram.

If Sportpods become wet gently shake then towel dry before you reuse.

If you are having trouble connecting to your Sportpods try Hard reset: plug into mains as if to charge then press (1) ON /OFF for 10 seconds.

Warranty:

Your BOOMPODS product is guaranteed against any defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase providing it hasnot been disassembled and it has not suffered accidental damage such as a knockor immersion in water, etc. The device

must be used in accordance with the user manual. The guarantee is subject to presentation

of the original invoice or receipt from the retailer and does not apply to normal wear and

tear or to any device that has been misused or tampered with. It should be returned to the

local service centre, the service centre will not bear any shipping cost of the returned item.

Protection against water:

Jets of water sprayed from a distance

of 9.84 ft. (3m) from all directions at a rate of 100L/min, for

3 minutes

Protection against dust:

Cannot be penetrated by dust that could interfere with normal operation.
