BLOW OFF VALVE

INSTALLATION MANUAL

TOOLS REQUIRED

M10 socket wrench
M12 socket wrench
Screwdriver
Pliers

Remove plastic vacuum hose from rubber

Loosen up the battery terminal bolts.
adaptor on the top of valve cover (leave
rubber adaptor in place).

Remove BOV bolts and remove BOV.

Remove the battery terminals and unplug
battery temperature sensor.

Assemble Boomba BOV and gasket.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

None

Loosen the battery clamp and remove the
battery.

Disconnect vacuum hose from the BOV
and remove the ground wire.

Align the opening in the turbo housing
with the opening in BOV, and then bolt on
BOV.

Connect the vacuum line and ground wire.

Install the battery, connect the battery
temperature sensor and battery terminals.
