POWER SUPPLY

Use a screwdriver to open

the battery compartment. Insert 4 x 1.5 V batteries R6/AA (not supplied), ensuring correct polarity. Re-fit battery cover.

Replace batteries when the quality of sound becomes bad. Use alkaline batteries to obtain a longer duration.

ATTENTION - BATTERY CARE:

Non-rechargeable batteries are NOT to be recharged. • Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the product before being charged. • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. • Different types of batteries or new and old batteries are not to be mixed. • Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type. • Batteries are to be inserted with correct polarity. • Remove exhausted batteries to prevent leakage. • Do not short circuit supply terminals. • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.

WASTE DISPOSAL STANDARDS

For information regarding the disposal of the items mentioned here below, please refer to Council Administration office regarding specialised waste collection centres.

1. DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES: Protect the environment by disposing of batteries in the special containers provided for this use.

2. PACKAGING DISPOSAL: Take the paper, cardboard and corrugated board to the appropriate waste collection centres. Plastic material must be placed in the relevant collection containers.

3. DISPOSING OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: The wheelie bin

symbol with a cross indicates that the product must not be disposed of in the domestic waste at the end of its useful life.

Instead, it should be taken to your nearest designated collection point or recycling facility. Alternatively, check with your retailer

and return the product when buying a replacement, on a one-to-one basis or as free of charge in case the size is smaller than 25 cm. Appropriate disposal promotes the recycling of parts and materials, as well as helping to protect the environment and human health. SWITCHING ON/OFF

To switch on the instrument move selector a to ON. To switch the instrument off move the same selector to

OFF.

If the instrument is not used it switches itself off after a few minutes. Press any key to reactivate it.

DEMOSONGS

This keyboard has 22 demosongs.

Press DEMO g, to listen to the demosongs in sequence. Press STOP i to interrupt.

VOLUME CONTROL

Adjust volume to desired level by using the VOLUME buttons c; (+) to increase or (–) to reduce).

SOUNDS

You can select one of the 8 sounds by pressing the related button m.

RHYTHMS

You can select one of the 7 rhythms lby pressing the related buttons.

Press the TEMPO buttons b to increase (+) or reduce (–) the rhythm speed. Press STOP i to interrupt.

RECORD/PLAYBACK FUNCTION

This function enables you to record and playback a tune played on the keyboard.

Press REC f before playing a tune.

When you have finished press PLAY h to listen to the tune.

PADS

You can utilize the 4 Drum pads d either to play percussion instruments (Hi-Hat, Cymbal, Snare, Bass Drum).

PERCUSSION RHYTHM

Pressing the DRUM button e starts a rhythm which changes temporarily whenever one of the 4 rhythm instruments d is pressed.

MICROPHONE

Insert microphone in the special holder and connect into the socket j. To switch on the microphone move selector kto ON , to switch the microphone OFF move the same selector to OFF.

MUSICAL NOTES INDICATORS

Below the keys on the front of the instrument, there is a coloured label n with indication of numbers next to each button in order to facilitate the recognition of musical notes according to the BONTEMPI method.

There are some songs written with the Bontempi method on the back of the box, while others can be downloaded from the website www.bontempi.com

ALIMENTATION

Ouvrir l’emplacement porte-piles avec un tournevis. Insérer 4 piles de 1,5 V type R6/AA (non fournies), en faisant attention à la polarité correcte. Remettre le couvercle à son emplacement. Substituer les piles quand la qualité du son devient mauvaise. Utiliser des piles alcalines pour obtenir une longue durée.

CONSEILS POUR L’UTILISATION DES PILES: • Enlever les piles déchargées de l’emplacement porte-piles. • NE PAS recharger des piles qui ne sont pas “rechargeables”. • Pour recharger les piles, les enlever de leur emplacement. • Recharger les piles avec la supervision d’un adulte. • Insérer les piles avec la polarité correcte. • Ne pas utiliser des types de piles différents ou des piles neuves et piles déchargées en même temps. • Utiliser seulement des piles du type recommandé ou équivalentes. • Ne pas courtcircuiter les terminaux d’alimentation. • Enlever les piles quand l’instrument n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période.

REGLES POUR ECOULEMENT DES ORDURES: Pour l’écoulement des matériaux indiqués ci-dessous, se renseigner auprès des Administrations Communales au sujet des centres d’écoulement spécialisés.

1 - ÉCOULEMENT DES PILES - Pour aider la protection de l’environnement ne pas jeter les piles déchargées parmi les ordures normales, mais dans des conteneurs spéciaux situés dans les centres de ramassage.

2 - ECOULEMENT DES EMBALLAGES - Remettre les emballages en papier, carton et carton ondulé dans les centres d’écoulement spécifiques. Les parties en plastique de l’emballage doivent être placées dans les conteneurs pour la récolte prévus à cet effet.

Les symboles qui repèrent les différents types de plastique sont:

3. DISPOSITION POUR APPAREILS ÉLECTRIQUES - Le symbole de

la poubelle à roues avec une croix indique que le produit ne doit pas être déposé dans les ordures ménagères à la fin de son cycle.

Il doit être mis dans un point de collecte ou de recyclage approprié. A défaut, vérifier avec votre revendeur et retourner le

produit lors de l’achat du produit de remplacement ou, si la dimension est inferieur à 25 cm, on peut le retourner gratuitement.. La disposition appropriée promeut le recyclage des parties et des matériels, aussi bien quel ‘aide pour protéger l’environnement et la santé humaine. Conformément à la législation actuelle, des pénalités strictes sont faites contre ceux disposant des produits illégalement. ALLUMAGE/ARRET

Pour allumer l’instrument positionner l’interrupteur a sur ON, pour l’éteindre sur OFF.

Si l’instrument n’est pas utilisé, après quelques minutes, il s’éteint tout seul. Pour le remettre en fonction il suffit de presser une touche quelconque.

DEMO

L’instrument contient 22 morceaux préenregistrés. DEMO gvous permet d’écouter tous les morceaux en séquence. Pour interrompre le morceau, il suffit de presser STOP i.

REGLAGE DU VOLUME

Régler le volume au niveau désiré, en agissant sur les boutons VOLUME c. (+) pour augmenter; (–) pour réduire.

SELECTION DES SONS

Pour sélectionner un des 8 sons mdisponibles, presser la touche correspondante.

SELECTION DES RYTHMES

Pour sélectionner un des 7 rythmes l disponibles presser la touche correspondante. Régler la vitesse du rythme au moyen des touches TEMPO b. (+) pour augmenter, (–) pour réduire. Pour interrompre la sélection, presser STOP i.

FONCTION D’ENREGISTREMENT ET D’ECOUTE

Cette fonction permet d’enregistrer et réécouter l’exécution d’un morceau joué sur le clavier. Pour enregistrer, presser la touche REC f avant de commencer l’exécution du morceau. Pour réécouter le morceau enregistré, presser PLAY h.

UTILISATION DES PADS

On peut utiliser les 4 pads d pour jouer la batterie (Hi-Hat, Cymbal, Snare, Bass Drum).

RYTHME DE LA BATTERIE

Une pression sur la touche DRUM e lance un rythme qui subit une variation temporaire chaque fois que l’on appuie sur l’un des 4 instruments rythmiques d .

UTILISATION DU MICRO

Insérer le micro dans son support et le brancher dans la prise j. Le microphone s’active en positionnant l’interrupteur k sur ON et se désactive en le positionnant sur OFF.

INDICATEUR DES NOTES MUSICALES

Sur la partie avant de l’instrument, en-dessous des touches, se trouve une étiquette en couleur n avec l’indication des numéros qui correspondent à chaque touche, pour faciliter l’identification des notes musicales suivant la méthode musicale BONTEMPI.

2. ENTSORGUNG VON VERPACKUNGEN: Verpackungen aus Papier, Karton und Wellpappe sind in den entsprechenden Sammelstellen abzugeben. Plastikbestandteile der Verpackungen müssen in den dafür vorgesehenen Sammelbehälter entsorgt werden.

EINSCHALTEN / AUSSCHALTEN

Zum Einzuschalten des Geräts Wahlschalter a auf ON, zum Ausschalten auf OFF stellen.

Bei nicht Verwendung des Keyboards schaltet sich dieses nach einigen Minuten automatisch aus. Um es wieder einzuschalten, einfach eine beliebige Taste drücken.

DEMO

Das Gerät verfügt über 22 bereits gespeicherte Stücke. Mit der Funktion DEMO g kann man alle Stücke nacheinander abspielen. Drücken Sie STOP i, um das Abspielen zu stoppen.

LAUTSTÄRKENREGULIERUNG

Mit den VOLUME Tasten c kann man die Lautstärke verstellen, (+) bedeutet lauter, (–) bedeutet leiser.

KLANGWAHL

Mit die Tasten mkann man einen der 8 Klänge wählen.

RHYTHMUSWAHL

Mit die Tasten l kann man einen der 7 Rhythmen wählen. Mit der TEMPO Taste b kann man deren Geschwindigkeit einstellen, (+) bedeutet schneller, (–) bedeutet langsamer. Drücken Sie STOP i, um das Abspielen zu stoppen.

SPEICHER – UND ABSPIELFUNKTION

Mit dieser Funktion kann man ein auf dem Keyboard gespieltes Stück aufnehmen und abspielen REC Taste f drücken und dann das Stück spielen. PLAY Taste h drücken, um das aufgenommene Stück abzuspielen.

VERWENDUNG DER PADS

Mit den 4 Drum pads d kann man rhythmische Instrumente spielen (Hi-Hat, Cymbal, Snare, Bass Drum).

SCHLAGZEUG-RHYTHMUS

Wenn die Taste DRUM e gedrückt wird, startet ein Rhythmus, der sich jedes Mal, wenn eins der 4 Rhythmusinstrumente d gedrückt wird, vorübergehend ändert.

GEBRAUCH DES MICROFONS

Mikrofon in die Halterung geben und in die Mikrofonsteckdose j stecken. Das Mikrofon wird eingeschaltet, indem der Schalter k auf ON und ausgeschaltet, indem dieser auf OFF gestellt wird.

NOTEN-ANZEIGE

Auf der Vorderseite des Instruments befindet sich unter den Tasten ein farbiges Etikett n mit der Angabe der Zahlen, die mit den jeweiligen Tasten übereinstimmen; so wird die Erkennung der Noten nach der Musikmethode BONTEMPI erleichtert.
