GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Designed for warm transfer, the heated BIOPASS cupboard maintains
product temperature after it has been heated above 63°C.
Once disconnected when the set temperature has been reached it
may be directly used for transfer and distribution by maintaining the
temperature level.
To avoid food drying and to keep an optimal level of moisture, a
receiver with a reserve of water is housed in the hot air duct at the
back of the cupboard. On the contrary, two Oura systems positioned
on the door permit conservation without moisture.

CONTROL PANEL, REGULATION
. A digit display temperature regulator with high and
low temperature alarm.
. A dial thermometer to display the temperature when
the cupboard is switched off.
. A safety thermostat with manual reset is
positioned at the back of the appliance.
. An On/Off switch with light indicator and a door
switch for automatic heating switch off each time the
door opens are placed between the door and the top
of the cupboard.

INNER ARRANGEMENT

stainless steel yoke 2 of which fitted with brakes, with 4
protective rubber corners
