GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The BIOPASS mini cabinet allows chilled food (hors d'œuvre, desserts, …) to be held at between 0° and 3°C.
Designed for cook chill they can be stacked one upon the other and are readily adaptable to any woring environment.
Fitted to an optional dolly they fit directly under work tables.
On a dolly they can be used for transfer between chilling and distribution whilst ensuring that temperatures are maintained.
Fitted with an optional GN 1/1 eutectic plate and with the door closed the storage temperature can be maintained at less than 5°C for at least 3 hours in an ambient environment of +25°C

INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT
. Each drawer has a stainless steel frame fitted onto removable telescopic runners which can hold a GN 1/1 gastronorn container 530 x 325mm and 100mm deep (not supplied).
. An additional space behind the runners of 500 x 150 x 400 high, is available for possible storage or bulk items (bottles, etc…). Access is via the door to the eutectic plate compartment.

CONSTRUCTION
- External and internal cavity casing are in austenitic stainless steel.
- Ergonomic transport handles on each side of the unit.
- Dolly (option) with 125mm Ø swivel castors 2 with brakes and all with stainless forks.
- Protection provided by 4 rubber corner buffers.
Insulated casing
- Monocoque construction
- Base and sides of the cavity fully radiused.
- 50mm thick polyurethane foam insulation.
- Thermal break between the interior and exterior of the cavity.
Eutectic plate access door
- Right hand hinged to provide 180° total access
- Closure by a handle with automatic catch
- A silicon seal ensure the door is sealed.

Telescopic drawers
- Frame in stainless steel, running on removable telescopic runners with a system that holds them in the fully open or closed position.
- Lifting handles on both sides of the casing, created by forming of the panelling.
- Silicon seals ensure the drawers are sealed.
CALORIFIC CHARACTERISTICS
- In cook chill when fully loaded the insulated panels reduce any temperature increase.
- The rear door was designed to hold a GN 1/1 eutectic plate, which having been frozen beforehand extends the storage time.
- In an ambient environment of 25°C with the door closed the internal temperature will not exceed 5°C in less than 3 hours
CLEANING
The drawers are easily removed by hand to facilitate cleaning of the cavity.
