GENERAL FEATURES

DOUBLE COIL INDUCTOR
* The element comprises a hob of 2800 Watts, under a high-strength black vitroceramic plate set into a one piece pressed top.
* Comprises a 180 mm Ø central coil and a 280 mm Ø outer ring.
* Automatic recognition of the pan’s size.
* Excellent heat distribution for containers of 140 to 340 mm ∅.
* For pans over 220 mm Ø the power cycles between the two coils determined by the size and type of pan.
* The central coil can be locked on full power if required.
CONTROL PANEL
* Separated from the heating zone with touch keys under a vitroceramic plate comprising:
- On / Off.
- Central coil lock button with indicator to allow all the power to be focused on the centre of the pan.
- Power adjustment from 50 to 2800 watts in 12 stages with digital display.
- 3 Programmed power keys: low 500 watts, medium 1400 watts and maximum 2800 watts.
- The 99 minute timer with digital display, buzzer and heating cut off when finish.
PANS
* All magnetic pots and pans function on induction: special stainless "Induction" pans, Cast iron, Steel, enamelled or not.
* We recommend thick based "Induction" pans or cast iron kitchenware.
