GENERALITIES
* All stainless steel one-piece upper structure (20/10 thick top + 15/10 thick laser continuously welded added side panels) enabling a flush
assembly.
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.
* Unfailing sturdy equipment for direct wall fixation.
* Crown front with 20/10 thick ends enabling almost flush assembly.
* Grouped and built-in controls protected from shocks and spillage. Removable fascia with maintenance position.
* Appliance delivered with 4 black reinforced glass fibre polyamide legs fitted with screw jack.
INDUCTION
* Top composed of 2 large format inducers, which authorises the use of recipients of various dimensions (pans from ∅ 120 to over 400 mm),
placed under a 6 mm thick heat-resistant pyroceramic plate.
* A 2 x 5000 Watt generator designed for intensive use.
* Each cooking zone automatically detects the presence of recipients.
* Each hob is equipped with generator or/and inducer overheating safety devices.
* Equipped with a filter against dust and fats.
CONTROL BOARD
* Touch key control board under a serigraphied polyester.
* Heating power adjustable from 0 to 12 through keys and digital display.
* Quick access keys with 3 pre-programmed power levels.
* Automatic switch off by adjustment of the power level to 0.
RECIPIENTS
* All recipients in magnetic materials functioning on induction such as "Spécial Induction" stainless steel, Cast-iron, Steel enamelled or not.
* We recommend the "Spécial Induction» stainless steel recipients with thick bottoms (any application) or the cast-iron sets of recipients (Pans,…).
CUPBOARD
* Free bay with openwork bottom for better ventilation of electronic components of the top (width 400 mm). This bay must not be used as a place
for storage, since this empty space is necessary for the ventilation of the appliance.
* A left-hinged door stainless steel lined with magnetic closure.
OPTIONS
* Stands for masonery basement (see specific technical documentations).
* One-piece wall or central 30/10 thick top.
