GENERALITIES
* All stainless steel one-piece upper structure (20/10 thick top + 15/10 thick laser continuously welded added side panels) enabling a flush
assembly.
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.

* Crown front with 20/10 thick ends enabling almost flush assembly.

CHARCOAL
* High power gas charcoal for a great rate, optimum marking quality and large polyvalence thanks to its multiple individually adjustable controls and
grids.
* Higher power for non-stop production.
* Its design allows for removal of the grids, combustion chamber and burners.
* The cooking range is divided into independent modules (2 in width 400 and 4 in width 800) including each:
- One 8 stainless steel bars of ∅ 10 mm, adjustable at 3 levels at the back.
- A pair of sturdy stainless steel burners protected from dripping of fats and dismountable without a tool.
- A separate control for each gas tap, pilot flame and safety thermocouples. Serially mounted electric ignition.
* One-piece all- stainless steel combustion chamber, dismountable without tool, integrating the layer of refractory stones, which guarantees fat
absorption and pyrolysis.
CUPBOARD
* Cupboard compatible with the set of GN 1/1 trays, with stainless steel bottom and anti-splash upstands (in width 400 or 800).
* Doors: width 400 (1 left hinged door) or width 800 (2 doors), stainless steel lines with magnetic closure.
OPTIONS
* Ventilated electric heating kit controlled by a thermostat 30/85°C, equipped with a safety temperatu re limiter and an operation indicator.
* 200 mm high movable base equipped with 4 stainless steel castors, of which 2 with brake, replacing the fixed base (refer to the specific technical
sheets.
* Stands for masonery basement (see specific technical documentations).
* One-piece wall or central top.
ACCESSORIES
* A kit of storage racks for free bay: removable and hanging, 4 x 60 mm spaced levels for the storage of the set of GN 1/1 trays or the use of plastic
GN 1/1 recipients as drawers. A pair of racks per 400 wide element.
* Wall hanging kit.
