PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Surface-mounted automatic hand dryer, Bobrick Model B-710.
Surface-mounted hand dryer shall have a one-piece, fire-retardant
molded ABS plastic cover with high-gloss white finish. International
operating symbols shall be displayed on front of cover. Mounting
base and fan housing shall be fire-retardant molded plastic with
high-gloss grey finish. Brushless motor shall be 90 watts, 2500 rpm,
and external rotor type with sealed ball bearings on ends of drive shaft
and be equipped with an automatic thermal overload switch.
Centrifugal fan shall direct air flow through heating element at 90
cfm. Heating element shall be located on inlet side of fan, shall heat
air without hot spots, and be inaccessible to vandals. Electronic
sensor shall automatically turn dryer on when hands or nozzle are
held under the outlet and will shut off automatically when hands or
nozzle are removed. Sensor shall shut off automatically after 120
seconds if an inanimate object is used to activate dryer and resets
itself after inanimate object is removed. Unit shall be cULus Listed.
Unit shall comply with EU Directive “Restriction of Hazardous
Substances” (ROHS) requirements for non-use of certain hazardous
substances on the production of electronic products. Unit shall be
protected by a limited one-year warranty on all parts.
