Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieses
Geräts. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für
Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen
Sie sich vor der Benutzung des Geräts mit allen
Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur wie beschrieben und
für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche.

Bedienen Sie Ihr Smartphone und/oder
Ihre BMW Wireless-Charging-Station
Universal nicht während der Fahrt.

Bitte beachten und befolgen Sie zu
Ihrer Sicherheit auch alle weiteren

Bestimmungen sind immer einzuhalten.

Wiedergabe von Medieninhalten im
Sichtfeldbereich sind nicht zulässig.

Verwenden Sie den BMW USB-C Chargernur an
einer 12 Volt Bordnetzsteckdose.

Brandgefahr durch Überlastung! Achten Sie auf
die maximal zulässigen Ausgangsströme. Die
Stromaufnahme Ihres mobilen Kleingeräts darf
diese nicht überschreiten, siehe Technische
Daten.

Kurzschlussgefahr durch Überbrückung der
Kontakte! Überbrücken Sie keine Kontakte
und stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in
Anschlussbuchsen!

Ändern und modifizieren Sie das Produkt nicht!

Beschreibung
Grundfunktion

Wireless-Charging – überall kabellos Laden.
Im Fahrzeug, unterwegs, zu Hause. Die
BMW Wireless-Charging-Station Universal
ist die perfekte und schnellste Nachrüstung
für kabelloses Laden im Fahrzeug. Im
Getränkehalter montiert, dient die BMW
Wireless-Charging-Station Universal als sichere,
stabile Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für das
Smartphone und bietet effizientes, drahtloses
Laden mit Qi-Technologie. Dank der integrierten
und abnehmbaren Powerbank ist dieses Produkt
der optimale Reisebegleiter, da es induktives
Laden auch außerhalb des Fahrzeugs ermöglicht,
egal ob zu Hause, in der Arbeit oder im Urlaub.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Ihr Produkt dient ausschließlich der
Energieversorgung mobiler Kleingeräte, die über
USB betrieben werden, und ist für den Einsatz in
Kraftfahrzeugen konzipiert.

Nutzung im Fahrbetrieb

Montage im Fahrzeug

Durch Umwickeln des Sockels kann die Länge
des Ladekabels bestimmt werden.

Lang (1) : Direkte Führung von Kabelausgang
nach oben.

Kurz (2): Einmal um den Sockel (3) wickeln.

Sockel der BMW Wireless-Charging-Station
Universal (1) in den Getränkehalter einstecken.

Mitgelieferten USB-C Charger (2) in 12 Volt
Bordnetzsteckdose einstecken.

Ladekabel (3) am USB-C Charger (2) anstecken.

Vor dem Einlegen eines Smartphones, Bügel (1)
aufklappen und Halterung (2) nach oben ziehen
bis diese einrastet.

Beim Einsetzen des Smartphones auf
richtigen Sitz achten.

Smartphone in die Wireless-Charging-Station
Universal setzen.

Achten sie darauf, dass ihre Finger
beim Schließen der Halterung (1) nicht
eingeklemmt werden.

Mit einem leichten Druck auf die Halterung (1)
wird das Smartphone (2) fixiert.

Einstellung der Ladespule

Die Spulenverschiebung 1 bis 5 dient zur
optimalen Einstellung der Ladespule an das
Smartphone oder der BMW Wireless-Charging­Hülle.

Ladespule entsprechend der nachfolgenden
Tabellen einstellen:

LED-Anzeige

Die LED (1) auf der linken Seite der Powerbank
leuchtet blau, sobald ein Smartphone eingelegt
wird und der Ladevorgang beginnt.

Da die Wireless-Charging-Station Universal
während der Nutzung im Fahrbetrieb
durchgehend mit Strom versorgt wird, wird der
Ladevorgang der Powerbank wie folgt an der
LED (2) dargestellt:

Nutzung als Powerbank

Funktion Weiterladen bei Motor aus

Befindet sich das Smartphone beim
Verlassen des Fahrzeugs noch in der
BMW Wireless-Charging-Station
Universal und die fahrzeugseitige
Stromversorgung vom Fahrzeug
wird unterbrochen, schaltet diese in
den Powerbank-Modus und lädt das
Smartphone weiter auf.

Entnahme der Powerbank

Das Smartphone muss vor dem
Entnehmen der Powerbank (1) aus
der Station genommen werden. Beim
Entnehmen der Powerbank (1) zusätzlich
den Sockel (2) mit der zweiten Hand
festhalten.

Entnehmen sie die Powerbank (1) aus dem
Sockel (2) für die Verwendung außerhalb des
Fahrzeugs.

Beschreibung Typ-C Ein- und
Ausgang

Die Powerbank kann auch über USB Typ-C
(6) geladen werden, sowie Endgeräte ohne
Wireless-Charging mit geeignetem Adapterkabel
laden.

Adapterkabel nicht im Satz enthalten.

Ein- und Ausschalten

Taster (1) dient zum Ein- und Ausschalten der
Powerbank.

LED-Anzeigen

Die LED (1) auf der linken Seite der Powerbank
leuchtet blau, sobald ein Smartphone eingelegt
wird und der Ladevorgang beginnt.

Nach dem Einschalten der Powerbank wir der
Akkustand an der LED (2) dargestellt.

Positionshinweis

Um die richtige Position zum Laden auf
der Powerbank zu finden, merken Sie sich
die ungefähre Position im Fahrzeug.

Das Smartphone kann in alle Richtungen auf die
Powerbank gelegt werden. Die blaue LED (siehe
Kapitel "LED-Anzeige", Seite 10) leuchtet bei
korrektem Auflegen des Smartphones auf.

Fehlermeldungen

Ein rotes Dauerleuchten der linken LED (1)
bedeutet, dass sich ein Fremdobjekt auf der
Ladefläche der Powerbank befindet.

Ein rotes Doppelblinken der rechten LED (2)
zeigt eine Überhitzung an.

Das Abschalten der Powerbank erfolgt bei
Überhitzung automatisch, um Bauteilschäden zu
verhindern.

Wartung, Pflege, Lagerung
und Transport

Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen,
weichen Tuch.

Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken und für Kinder
unzugänglich.

Heben Sie die Originalverpackung für spätere
Transporte auf.

Gewährleistung und Haftung

Da der Hersteller keinen Einfluss auf die
Installation hat, deckt die Gewährleistung nur das
Produkt selbst ab.

Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen- oder
Sachschaden, die durch unsachgemäße
Installation, Bedienung oder Wartung
entstanden sind. Ein anderer als in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung beschriebener Einsatz ist
unzulässig und führt zu Gewährleistungsverlust,

usage and disposal information. Familiarise
yourself with all the instructions for use and

Safety instructions

Do not use your smartphone and/or your
BMW universal wireless charging station
whilst you are driving.

For your safety, please note and follow
all other safety instructions too. Legal
regulations must always be complied
with.

Media content must not be played back
within the driver's field of vision. Please
note and obey the statutory requirements
and regulations which apply in your
country.

Only use the BMW USB-C charger on a 12 V
socket.

There is a danger of fire if it is overloaded.
Observe the maximum permissible output
currents. The current draw of your small mobile
device must not exceed this; see Technical data.

Bypassing contacts may result in a danger of
short circuit. Do not bypass any contacts or insert
any objects into the connection sockets.

Do not change or modify the product.

Do not use any damaged products or product
parts.

Ensure that the cables are routed and connected
safely.

Description of basic function

Wireless charging – charge wirelessly wherever
you are. In your car, out and about, at home. The
BMW universal wiring charging station is the
perfect, fastest upgrade for wireless charging in
your car. Installed in the cup holder, the BMW
universal wireless charging station is a secure,
strong storage point for a smartphone and also
provides efficient, wireless charging using Qi
technology. Thanks to its integral, removable
power bank, this product is the perfect travel item
as it also delivers inductive charging outside the
car, regardless of whether you are at home, at
work or on holiday.

Intended use

Your product is exclusively for supplying energy
to small mobile devices operated using USB and
is designed for use in motor vehicles.

Use whilst driving

Installation in the car

The length of the charging cable can be adjusted
by wrapping it around the base.

Long (1): Direct route from the cable outlet
upwards.

Short (2): Wrapped once around the base (3).

Place the base of the BMW universal wireless
charging station (1) into the cup holder.

Connect the supplied USB-C charger (2) to the
12 V socket.

Connect the charging cable (3) to the USB-C
charger (2).

Before inserting a smartphone, open the bar (1)
and pull the holder (2) upwards until it locks.

When you insert the smartphone, ensure
that it is correctly positioned.

Place your smartphone in the universal wireless
charging station.

Ensure that you do not trap your fingers
when you close the holder (1).

Secure the smartphone (2) in the holder (1) by
applying gentle pressure.

Adjusting the charging coil

The coil settings 1 to 5 are designed to adjust
the charging coil perfectly to the smartphone of
BMW wireless charging cover.

Adjust the charging coil as shown in the following
table:

LED indicator

The LED (1) on the left-hand side of the power
bank will be lit in blue as soon as smartphone is
inserted and the charging process starts.

Since the universal wireless charging station
is supplied with power at all times whilst you
are driving, the power bank charging process is
displayed on the LED (2) as follows:

Use as a power bank

Continuing to charge after the
engine has been switched off

If the smartphone is still in the BMW
universal wireless charging station when
you leave the car and the car's power
supply is switched off, it will switch to
power bank mode and continue to charge
the smartphone.

Removing the power bank

The smartphone must be taken out of the
station before the power bank is removed
(1). Hold the base (2) with your other hand
as you remove the power bank (1).

Remove the power bank (1) from the base (2) to
use it outside the car.

Description of type C input and
output

The power bank can also be charged using the
USB type C (6) and can also charge devices
without wireless charging using a suitable
adapter cable.

The kit does not include an adapter
cable.

Switching on and off

Press the button (1) to switch the power bank on
and off.

LED indicators

The LED (1) on the left-hand side of the power
bank will be lit in blue as soon as smartphone is
inserted and the charging process starts.

After the power bank has been switched on, its
battery status will be shown on the LED (2).

Position note

To find the right position for charging
using the power bank, make a note of the
approximate position in the car.

The smartphone can be placed on the power
bank in any direction. The blue LED (see
section "LED indicator", Page 22) will be lit if the
smartphone has been positioned correctly.

Error messages

If the left LED (1) is permanently lit in red, this
means that a foreign object has been placed on
the power bank's charging surface.

A double flash in red on the right LED (2)
indicates overheating.

The power bank will be shut down automatically
to prevent component damage if it overheats.

Maintenance, care, storage
and transport

The device requires no maintenance.

Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth only.

Store the product in a dry place out of the reach
of children.

Keep the original packaging for later transport.

Warranty and liability

Since the manufacturer has no influence on the
installation, the warranty only covers the product
itself.

The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for
personal injury or property damage caused by
improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
The device must not be used for any purpose
other than that described in these operating
instructions and any such use will result in
voiding the warranty and guarantee, and the
exclusion of liability.

The device is protected from splashing water and
dust.

The warranty will be voided in the event of
damage caused by liquid.

Waste disposal instructions

Under the European WEEE Directive, electrical
and electronic devices must not be disposed of
with household waste. Their components must
be disposed of or recycled separately, as toxic
and dangerous components can permanently
damage the environment if disposed of
incorrectly.

As the consumer and under the German
Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
(ElektroG), you are required to return electrical
and electronic devices to the manufacturer,
the sales outlet or appropriate public collection
points at the end of their service life. Details
regarding this issue are governed by the relevant
national legislation. The symbol on the product,
operating instructions and/or packaging refers
to these regulations. This method of sorting
material, recycling, and disposal of end of
life devices enables you to help protect the
environment.
