DRIVESHAFT SAFETY LOOP
Part # DSL001
Required Tools:
• Ratchet and 13mm socket
• 7/16" wrench(may be different for aftermarket rear ends)
• Jack and jackstands
Installation:
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle and place stands under the rear end, keeping the suspension loaded in its
natural position.
2. Remove all 4 bolts that attach the factory brace and remove the brace.
3. Remove all 4 rear u-joint bolts and drop the rear of the driveshaft down enough to slide the BMR
driveshaft loop over it. Using the provided hardware, attach the BMR driveshaft loop to the floor pan

4. Raise the driveshaft and reinstall the 4 u-joint bolts. Tighten.
5. Slide the loop side to side until there is sufficient clearance for the floor pan, torque arm, driveshaft and

exhausts.
6. Tighten all bolts and lower vehicle.
