Designed for an active lifestyle, Bluetooth Stereo-Headset-Clip combines the stylish de-•
sign and reliable technology in the ideal mini size units.
With Bluetooth wireless technology, Stereo-Headset-Clip gives you the convenient wire-•
less way to enjoy the streaming stereo music transmitted from the Bluetooth A2DP(1*)

- Source device such as a mp3 player, PC or PDA in the available range.
Moreover, you can use Stereo-Headset-Clip to remote control the music playing func-•
tions of your Bluetooth device if it supports Bluetooth AVRCP(2*) in addition.
Switching between music and phone calls, Stereo-Headset-Clip also allows you answer •
or make calls with the Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone(3*) while you are listening to
music. After you ended the call, the music will follow to be streamed in few seconds(4*).
Besides the wireless stereo and mobile hands-free applications, you can apply the Ster­eo-Headset-Clip to the Bluetooth-enabled PC(5*) with the Internet messenger such as
Skype., MSN Messenger or Yahoo! Messenger.

Notes:

The playback or its plug-in Bluetooth adapter/transmitter needs to support Bluetooth 1*
A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profi le).
The playback or its plug-in Bluetooth adapter/transmitter needs to support Bluetooth 2*
AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profi le).
The mobile phone needs to support Bluetooth HSP (Headset Profi le) or HFP (Hands-3*
free Profi le) support Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profi le).
Some mobile phones do not release the Bluetooth connection automatically will cause 4*
the headset to fail to switch the Bluetooth connection.
The computer or its plug-in Bluetooth adapter needs to support Bluetooth HSP (Head-5*
set Profi le).

Turn on the headset: Press the multifunction button for •
3 seconds antil the blue LED fl ashes and there is a beep
prompt from the headset.
Turn off the headset: Press and hold the multifunction •
button until the blue LED is on 2 times slowly and there
is a beep prompt from the headset.
Enter Paring mode: Press the multifunction button for •
8 seconds until the red and blue LED fl ash alternatively.
Answer a call: Press one time.•
End a call: Press one time after fi nishing the call.•

How to use Bluetooth Stereo-Headset-Clip

Paring

Pairing is the process of establishing encrypted link between Stereo-Headset-Clip and
Bluetooth devices.

Step 1: In the off state, press and hold multifunction key for about 8 second until the red
and blue LED fl ash alternatively.

Step 2: Follow the operating instruction of your Bluetooth mobile phone to start the pairing
process. Typically, this is done by going to a ”Connect” or “Setup” menu and then selecting
the option to search the Stereo-Headset-Clip that is still in the pairing mode

Step 3: The mobile will fi nd Stereo-Headset-Clip headset and ask whether you are willing
to connect your mobile with the headset. Press “Yes” or “Confi rm” to confi rm this action.

Step 4: The mobile phone’s display should then prompt you for a passkey or PIN.
Enter 0000 (a sequence of four zeros) and the display should prompt the pairing result.
If the connection is successful, the blue LED of the headset will fl ash 3 times. Then blue
LED will fl ash one time every 7 seconds.
If the pairing is unsuccessful, please turn off the headset and turn it on again. Then, return
to Step-1 and do the pairing procedure again.

Make a Call

Step 1: Use the mobile phone’s keypad to dial the phone number.
Step 2: Press mobile phone’s “Send” or “OK” key. The mobile phone initiates the call and

transfer the call from the mobile phone to the headset.
Normally speaking: if there is no disturbance between headset and mobile, the voice
quality is better.

Voice dialing (dialing a number by saying a name)

It is possible to make a call directly from the headset using voice recognition. To use this
voice dialing function, your mobile phone must provide this option and corresponding
voice samples must have been recorded.
Step 1: Press the multifunction button of the headset one time, you will hear a beep
prompt.
Step 2: When you hear a short tone, say the name of the person you wish to call loudly.

End a Call

Use either of the following methods to end a call.

Method 1: Press multifunction key one time To end a call from the headset.
Method 2: End a call from the mobile phone’s keypad. In the meantime you are answer-

ing or making a call, the headset will switch the connection from the music player (A2DP)
to the mobile phone (HSP or HFP); moreover, the streaming music will be paused tem­porarily. After you ended the call, the music will be played and streamed to the headset
continuously.

Answer a Call

Step 1: If there is an incoming call while you are listening to the streaming music, you will
hear beep prompt from headset.

Step 2: Just press multifunction key one time.

Notes: When you press multifunction key to answer or end a call, please just press one

time. Do not press and hold.

Adjust volume

You can press the four-direction button of volume +/- key to adjust volume.

Redial the last dialed number

Press and hold multifunction key for 2 second to redial the last dialed number.

Trouble shooting

If disconnection occurs, please check the following factors:

Ensure that the headset has enough power, is turned on and has been successfully 1.
paired to the mobile.
The Bluetooth function of the mobile is enabled.2.
Check whether the range between the headset and mobile is over 10 meters (about 30 3.
feet). Or there is wall or other disturbance or other electrical devices between headset
and mobile.

Battery and Charging Notice

We use rechargeable battery for Stereo-Headset-Clip. Please make sure the battery has
been fully charged and fully released when the beginning of three times use it for keep the
battery has the best performance.

Always use correct AC Power Adapter to charge the headset. Using any incorrect power
supply device will cause damage and void the warranty.
After fi nished charging, please pull out the cable from the headset and plug the adaptor
from the electricity outlet.

Do not put the headset in charging state for a long time. This will shorten the lifetime of
the battery.

Do not use the headset in too hot or too cold environment. It is recommended to keep the
environment temperature between 15°C and 25°C.

Dot not install, place or use the headset near any source of heat such as a stove, radia­tor, oven, toaster, coffee maker or other apparatus (including microwave oven) that gives
off heat.

Das Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset Stereo-Headset-Clip wurde für den aktiven Lebensstil •
entwickelt. Es vereint stylisches Design mit zuverlässiger Technik in handlicher Größe.
Durch die drahtlose Bluetooth-Technologie ermöglicht dieses Stereo-Headset Ihnen •
größtmöglichen Komfort beim Musikgenuss von einer in Reichweite befi ndlichen Blue-
tooth - A2DP(1*) - Quelle, beispielsweise einem MP3-Player, PC oder Palm.
Darüber hinaus können Sie das Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset als Fernbedienung für Ihr •
Bluetooth-Gerät verwenden, sofern dieses das Bluetooth-Protokoll AVRCP(2*) unter­stützt.
Das Stereo-Headset schaltet automatisch von Musik zu einem eingehenden Anruf um, •
sodass Sie mit Ihrem Bluetooth-Handy(3*) jederzeit Anrufe entgegennohmen können,
während Sie Musik hören. Nachdem der Anruf beendet ist, wird das Abspielen der Musik
wieder aufgenommen(4*). Neben dem drahtlosen Stereoempfang und der Sprachbe­dienung des Handys bietet das Stereo-Headset-Clip auch eine Verbindung zu Ihrem

Anmerkungen:

Das Wiedergabegerät oder der daran verwendete Bluetoothadapter muss das Blue-1*
tooth-Profi l A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profi le) unterstützen.
Das Wiedergabegerät oder der daran verwendete Bluetoothadapter muss das Blue-2*
tooth-Profi l AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profi le) unterstützen.
Das Handy muss das Profi l Bluetooth HSP (Headset Profi le) oder HF (Hands-free Pro-3*

Einige Handys beenden die Bluetooth-Verbindung nicht automatisch, dann kann das 4*
Headset nicht zwischen Musik und Telefongespräch umschalten.

HSP (Headset Profi le) unterstützen.

Bluetooth-fähigen PC(5*), über den Sie dann Internetkommunikation mit Skype, MSN
Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger und vielen anderen nutzen können.

Aufbau und Bedienung

Abbildung nur zur Demonstration, Einzelheiten können abweichen.

(1) Multifunktionsknopf

Um das Headset einzuschalten: Halten Sie den Multifunktion-•
sknopf für ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt, bis die blaue LED auf­leuchtet und Sie im Headset einen Bestätigungston hören.
Um das Headset auszuschalten: Halten Sie den Multifunktion-•
sknopf gedrückt, bis die blaue LED zweimal langsam blinkt und
Sie im Headset einen Bestätigungston hören.
Paaren einschalten: Halten Sie den Multifunktionsknopf für ca. •
8 Sek. gedrückt, bis die rote und die blaue LED abwechselnd
aufl euchten.
Anruf annehmen: Einmal drücken.•
Anruf beenden: Nach Ende des Gesprächs einmal drücken.•

Bedienung des Stereo-Headset-Clip

Paaren

Paaren wird der Prozess genannt, bei dem zwischen dem Stereo-Headset-Clip und an­deren Bluetooth-Geräten eine verschlüsselte Verbindung hergestellt wird.

Schritt 1: Ist das Gerät noch ausgeschaltet, drücken und halten Sie den Multifunktion­sknopf für ca. 8 Sekunden, bis die rote und die blaue LED abwechselnd aufl euchten.

Schritt 2: Folgen Sie der Beschreibung für Ihr Bluetooth-Handy (oder anderes Gerät),
um das Paaren zu starten. Meist geschieht das in einem Menü, das “Verbindung” oder
“Setup” heißt. Wählen Sie dort die Option, Geräte zu suchen und wählen Sie dann das
Stereo-Headset-Clip aus der Liste der gefundenen Geräte aus.

Schritt 3: Wenn das Handy das Headset Stereo-Headset-Clip gefunden hat, werden Sie
gefragt, ob Sie Ihr Handy damit verbinden möchten. Bestätigen Sie dies mit “Ja”.

Schritt 4: Auf dem Display des Handys wird nun eine Aufforderung zur PIN-Eingabe er­scheinen. Geben Sie 0000 (vier Nullen) ein und das Paaren sollte beginnen.
Wenn die Verbindung erfolgreich hergestellt wurde, wird die blaue LED dreimal blinken.
Danach wird die blaue LED alle 7 Sekunden blinken. War das Paaren nicht erfolgreich,
schalten Sie das Headset bitte aus und wieder ein. Danach wiederholen Sie die Schritte
1 bis 4, um das Paaren erneut zu starten.

Anrufen

Schritt 1: Wählen Sie die gewünschte Telefonnummer auf den Tasten Ihres Handys.
Schritt 2: Drücken Sie nun auf Ihrem Handy den Verbindungsknopf. Das Gespräch

wird nun hergestellt und über das Headset übertragen.
Normal sprechen: Wenn es keine Störung zwischen dem Headset und dem Handy gibt,
ist die Gesprächsqualität besser.

Sprachwahl (wählen der Telefonnummer durch Ansage)

Mit dem Headset können Sie einen Anruf auch direkt über Spracheingabe starten. Dazu
muss Ihr Handy diese Funktion unterstützen und Sie müssen vorher die entsprechenden
Sprachbefehle in Ihrem Handy gespeichert haben.
Schritt 1: Drücken Sie den Multifunktionsknopf Ihres Headsets einmal;
Sie sollten einen Bestätigungston hören.

Schritt 2: Wenn Sie einen kurzen Ton gehört haben, sagen Sie laut den Namen der
Person, die Sie anrufen möchten.

Anruf beenden

Es gibt zwei Methoden, um ein Gespräch zu beenden:

Methode 1: Drücken Sie den Multifunktionsknopf einmal, um ein Gespräch über das
Headset zu beenden.
Methode 2: Beenden Sie das Gespräch mit dem dafür vorgesehenen Knopf auf Ihrem
Handy.
Sobald Sie einen Anruf starten oder ein eingehendes Gespräch entgegennehmen,
schaltet das Headset automatisch von dem Musikabspielgerät auf Ihr Handy um (A2DP­Unterstützung vorausgesetzt).

Wird auch HSP oder HFP unterstützt, dann läuft die Musik nicht einfach weiter, sondern
wird für die Dauer des Gesprächs auf “Pause” gesetzt.
Nachdem Sie Ihr Gespräch beendet haben, wird die Musik weiter abgespielt und auf das
Headset übertragen.

Anruf entgegennehmen

Schritt 1: Bei einem eingehenden Gespräch während der Musikwiedergabe hören Sie
einen Anklopfton im Headset.

Schritt 2: Drücken Sie den Multifunktionsknopf einmal.
Anmerkung: Bitte drücken Sie den Multifunktionsknopf nur einmal, um ein Gespräch

entgegenzunehmen. Halten Sie den Knopf nicht gedrückt.

Lautstärke anpassen

Verwenden Sie den Vier-Wege-Knopf, um die Lautstärke anzupassen.

Wahlwiederholung

Halten Sie den Multifunktionsknopf für 2 Sekunden gedrückt, um die letzte Nummer
erneut zu wählen.

Fehlersuche

Im Falle einer Verbindungsunterbrechung prüfen Sie diese möglichen Ursachen:

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Akku des Headsets noch genügend aufgeladen ist und 1.
dass das Headset eingeschaltet und mit dem zweiten Gerät verbundenist.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Bluetooth-Funktion des zweiten Gerätes eingeschaltet ist.2.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Entfernung zwischen dem Headset und dem zweiten Gerät 3.
nicht mehr als 10 Meter beträgt. Auch eine Wand oder elektromagnetische Strahlung
durch andere Geräte können die Verbindung Stören.

Akku aufladen

Im Headset Stereo-Headset-Clip wird ein wiederaufl adbarer Akku verwendet. Bevor Sie
das Headset zum ersten Mal verwenden, sollten Sie den Akku dreimal vollständig laden
und entladen. Damit stellen Sie die bestmögliche Akkuleistung sicher.

Verwenden Sie immer das richtige Ladegerät zum Aufl aden des Akkus. Die Verwendung
eines nicht geeigneten Ladegerätes kann den Akku und das Headset beschädigen und
führt zum Verlust der Garantie!

Nachdem der Akku aufgeladen ist, trennen Sie bitte die Verbindung zur Stromversorgung.
Lassen Sie den Akku nicht zu lange am Ladegerät, dadurch würde sich seine Lebens­dauer erheblich verkürzen.

Verwenden Sie das Headset nicht an zu heißen oder zu kalten Orten. Die empfohlene
Temperatur liegt zwischen 15°C und 25°C.

Legen Sie das Headset niemals in die Nähe von Geräten, die große Wärme entwickeln, wie
zum Beispiel Ofen, Heizung, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, usw.
