Connecting TWINCAB to an amplifier

Its compact design and light weight of less than 20 kg enables convenient transport with only one hand. Configured for horizontal
or vertical operation with rotatable logo, this compact 2x12“ cabinet is an ideal partner for the BluGuitar
and “classic“ 100w heads.

soft highs with balanced frequency projection.
The closed back design with two bass reflex openings at the front give the cabinet extra low end response while the basket weave front
cloth works like a filter that reduces harshness ensuring silky high frequencies. Depending on the way of operation you get two different
sound characters featuring either more bass or mids.

can be operated in both mono and stereo with its tonality characterized by accurate bass, warm and full mids, as well as

has a MONO INPUT and two inputs that can be used alternatively for STEREO.
Mono operation
When using the MONO INPUT, both speakers are active, delivering 150 watts at 16 ohms. That gives
you enough headroom for maximum power driven by
AMP1
TM
or any other classic tube amp. Mind that
the 16 ohms output of your amplifier is connected with a speaker cable only to the MONO INPUT of your
BluGuitar
®
TWINCAB
TM
.
The STEREO INPUT sockets should not be used during mono operation.

Stereo operation
In case you want to use both speakers separately, each of the STEREO INPUT sockets connect to one
speaker only. One speaker handles 75 watts at 8 ohms. Make sure that only these 2 inputs are
connected with 2 speaker cables to the 8 ohms outputs of your amp(s).
The MONO INPUT should not be used during mono operation.
