2.2 Safety device
The temperature limiting control (max 105℃) can safeguard the " thermos tank " for suitable temperature. The control will cut out resulting in no heat being created. Tripping can occur if the water level falls too low or the base becomes covered with limescale.
2.3 Close the electricity switch after use
After the using, the control thermostat must be against the clockwise to turn off in closing position. Then the plug must be pulled out. And the electricity supply must be cut off.

3 Operation instruction
3.1 Place the "bain marie"
The "bain marie" should be placed on a solid level surface. The control thermostat of the "bain marie" should be in the minimum / off position.
3.2 Fill the empty "thermos tank" to the water-level. The Water-level of the “bain marie” has to do with the height of pan. Ensure the water level
touches the bottom on the G/N pans being used, the water-level line of the “bain marie” as about 25mm after loading food.
3.3 Put the food into the pan then put into the “thermos tank” together.
3.4 Switch on the electrical supply switch and rotate thermostat knob to the required temperature.
The power light will illuminate to indicate the power is switched on. Turn the control thermostat clockwise to the required temperature, the temperature light will illuminate to indicate the water is heating. The temperature light will go out when the water is at the required temperature.
3.5 The end of concluding operation
The “control thermostat" must be turned anti-clockwise to turn off in closing position. Switch off he power supply and pull out the plug, to cut off the electricity supply. Allow to cool then open the drain valve to drain the water from "thermos tank" The "thermos tank" should be cleaned and dried with cotton cloth for using again. Do not clean when it is hot (high temperature! Do not touch the "thermos tank" directly.)
4. Routine inspection
