DEVICE PURPOSE

SwitchBox is an a ffordable and high po wer smar t relay ( module whi ch can switch o n and o ff e lect ri c power) which al lo ws you
to control almost every hou se ho ld d ev ic e li ke l amps, fans, kettles, radiators, e tc .

It can be c on trol led direct ly from yo ur smartphone, th ro ugh your home networ k or from anywhere in the World using th e
Internet. You c an a lso control it locally using signal i np ut e .g . to o pe rate switch push button o r mo tion sensor.

Ev en when the device is turned off, voltag e may be present at its t er minals. Any work s introducin g changes into th e

Do not connect the device to loads exceeding recom mended
values.

NSTALLATION

1. Re move enough insulation fro m the wires to connect
them according to one of th e diagrams .

2. En sure th at device is con nected properly and antenna is fa r from me tal objects , electrical wire s, etc. which can
influence signal. Switch on the p ower s up pl y.

CONFIGURATION

Be fore using device you sho uld co nfigur e it . It’s also possible to use it witho ut a ny c on fi gu ration, but it’s not recommended .

1. Using your smartphone or tabl et c on ne ct wit h SwitchBox wireless network

2. Open in your web browser link: ht tp :/ /1 92 .1 68.4.1

3. Select “Settings” in top me nu , set devi ce na me (i mportant when you want to use mul tipl e dev ic es ) and scroll to
network settings.

4. Choo se your home netwo rk and pr es s connect button. If nece ss ar y, enter networ k passwo rd . After successf ul ly
establishing a connection , yo u’ ll s ee you r devi ce IP a dd re ss. You can u se i t to con tr ol SwitchBox or – using ro ut er p or t
forwarding – to access device fro m In te rn et. Note it.

5. Conn ect b ac k to your ho me networ k. Now yo u can use SwitchBox using w eb browser, ad d it to home sc reen (works
with iPhone, Android an d Windo ws P hone ) or download wBox app and get even more possibilities like controlling
multiple devices, etc.
