Assembly Instructions
KAMADO SIDE SHELF KIT: BLZ-KMDO-SDSH
• Your kamado side shelf kit includes two side shelves. Each shelf is identical and can be installed
on either side of the grill. You will need the included metric # 5 + # 6 millimeter allen wrench to
install.
1. Each side shelf has two brackets welded off to the right and left of the shelf itself. These
brackets fasten to the grill body via the four fasteners pre-installed on the grill body just below
the cooking grid surface. Place the openings in the brackets over the fasteners and slide
downward. See images below:

2. Once the shelf brackets are properly positioned over the fasteners, tighten the fasteners with
the included #5 mm allen wrench.
3. Underneath the shelf, you will find a shelf leveling / stabilizing screw. This screw holds tension
against the grill body leveling the shelf and holding it securely in this position. Tighten this screw
either by hand or using the #6 mm allen wrench. When complete, the shelf should be level. See
