Standard Features
The following features are standard with your RAS 200 Remote Start:

Note: Some features and options may require additional parts and labor or may not be appropriate for certain vehicles. Automatic Transmission and Electronic Fuel Injection is required on vehicles for Remote Start products.
System Operation
Important: Do not operate this remote
auto start in an enclosed garage or area without proper ventilation. Be sure to famil­iarize yourself with the features of the Remote Auto Start Product prior to using the product.
PROGRAM SWITCH:
The RAS is equipped with a program switch.This program switch is usually mounted in a convenient location under or around the lower dash. If you can not locate it, ask your installing dealer to show you it’s location. If you desire to put your Remote Auto Start in Service Mode; this will allow you to use the optional keyless entry features only, the vehicle will not start with the remote control.

To exit the ser­vice mode:
1.Turn ignition to the ON Position. 2. Press and hold the program switch for 5 seconds.The LED will turn off. 3.Turn ignition off.
REMOTE STARTING THE VEHICLE:
Press button #1 on the remote transmitter.The parking lights will come on solid.Approximately 2 sec­onds later the RAS will attempt to start the vehicle, the LED will flash rapidly. Once the car has started, the heater or air conditioner will turn on (as long as it is set to run prior to exiting the vehicle), it will run for the programmed time (12 or 24 minutes). If the engine fails to start on the first attempt, it will repeat the starting procedure 2 more times. If the vehicle fails to start after a total of 3 times the Parking lights will flash 4 times. The doors will lock at this time (optional feature).
Driving the vehicle after remote

Unlock the door by press­ing button #2 on remote transmitter (optional). Enter vehicle, turn ignition key to the on position (Note: Do
not turn the key all the way to the start position as you may damage the starter).
Once the ignition key is turned to the on position, press the brake pedal and shift the car into the proper gear and you may now drive the vehicle (Note: If brake
pedal is pressed prior to turning ignition on, engine will turn off).
Remote engine shutdown:
If the vehicle has been remotely started and you desire to turn the vehicle off, simply press button #1 on the remote transmitter.After the motor has turned off the doors will relock (optional).
ENGAGING AUTO COLD START ACTIVATION:
This feature will start the car every 2 hours for a predetermined time (12 or 24 minutes).
To activate this feature:
Simultaneously hold the program switch and button #2 on the remote for 5 seconds.The parking lights will flash 5 times and stay on for 30 seconds.The
