STEP 1
Place the 2 short wind guards on the back of the
griddle top making sure the wind guards don’t
cover the rear grease cutout.
Coloque las 2 protecciones contra el viento cortas en la parte posterior de la plancha, asegurándose de que las protecciones contra el viento no

Placez les deux protège-vent courts à l’arrière du

STEP 2
Place the 2 long wind guards on the left and right
side of the griddle as shown in the illustrations.
