Intendeduse

Your Black & Decker blender has been designed for blending,
mixing and crushing of solid and liquid food and beverage
ingredients.
This product is intended for household use only.

Safetyinstructions

u Warning! When using mains-powered appliances, basic

safety precautions, including the following, should always

be followed to reduce the risk of re, electric shock and

personal injury.

u Read this entire manual carefully before using the appliance.
u The intended use is described in this manual. The use of

any accessory or attachment or the performance of any

Electrical safety

This appliance is double insulated in accordance

with EN 60335; therefore no earth wire is required.
Always check that the power supply corresponds to
the voltage on the rating plate.

To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse

the cord plug or motor unit in water or other liquid.

Overview

This appliance includes some or all of the following features.

1. Speed control switch

2. Blade assembly

3. Jug

4. Lid

5. Pouring hole cover

Assembly(g.A)

Warning! Before assembly, make sure that the appliance is
switched off and unplugged.

Assemblingthejug(g.A)

u Place the seal (9) on the blade assembly (2).
u Position the blade assembly in the underside of the jug (3).
u Rotate the blade assembly counterclockwise to lock it into

place.

Warning! Do not overtighten the blade assembly.

u Place the lid (4) on the jug.
u Turn the lid (4) clockwise until it locks into place.
u Place the pouring hole cover (5) in the lid (4).

Warning! Take care when emptying the jug and when
handling the blades as they are very sharp.

u For longer operation, turn the speed control switch (1) to

position 1 (low speed) or 2 (high speed). To switch off, turn
the switch to position 0.

Warning! Do not operate the appliance continuously for more

than 2 minutes. After operating the appliance
continuously for 2 minutes, let it cool down for at
least 10 minutes before operating it again.

Blending

Before tting the lid (4) add the ingredients. The ingredients

can be topped up by inserting them through the pouring hole.

Warning! Never operate the appliance without the lid.

Warning! Take care when emptying the jug and when

handling the blades as they are sharp.

u Set the unit up for blending as described above.
u Open the pouring hole or remove the lid (4).
u Add the required ingredients into the jug (3).

Warning! Do not exceed the MAX level (1.4 litres).

u Fit the lid and pouring hole cover onto the jug.
u Operate the appliance as described above. It is

recommended to start at low speed, then change to high
speed if necessary.

u Turn the jug counterclockwise and lift it off the motor unit.
u Remove the lid.
u Pour the ingredients out.

u Remove the jug from the appliance.
u Remove the lid from the jug.
u Pour the ingredients out.

u Position the jug (3) on the motor unit, aligning the lugs (6)

with the recesses (7).

u Fix the jug by turning it clockwise until the lugs (6) engage

in the slots (8).

u To remove the jug, turn the jug counter-clockwise and take

Warning! Always place the unit on a at, clean and non-slip

surface before operating it.

(1) to position P. To switch off, release the switch.

the motor unit or blender base in water. Wash the other
parts in warm water and dry carefully.

Uso

Attenzione! L'apparecchio va sempre collocato su una

supercie piana, pulita e non scivolosa prima di essere messo
in funzione.

Accensione e spegnimento

u Per un'accensione di breve durata, ruotare l'interruttore

di controllo della velocità (1) su P. Per spegnere

l'elettrodomestico, rilasciare l'interruttore.

u Per un uso prolungato, ruotare l'interruttore (1) di controllo

velocità su 1 (bassa velocità) o 2 (alta velocità). Per

spegnere l'apparecchio, mettere l'interruttore su 0.

Attenzione! Non utilizzare l'elettrodomestico costantemente

per oltre 2 minuti. Dopo avere adoperato l'elettrodomestico
per 2 minuti, attendere che si raffreddi per almeno 10 minuti

prima di riutilizzarlo.

Frullatura

Prima di inserire il coperchio (4) aggiungere gli ingredienti.
È possibile aggiungere gli ingredienti inserendoli dal foro di

alimentazione.

Attenzione! Non usare mai l'elettrodomestico senza il coperchio.

Montaggio(g.A)

Attenzione! Prima del montaggio, vericare che

l’elettrodomestico sia spento e che la spina sia disinserita

dalla presa.

u Collocare la guarnizione (9) sul gruppo lame (2).
u Collocare il gruppo lame sul lato inferiore del bicchiere (3).
u Ruotare il gruppo lame in senso antiorario per bloccarlo in

posizione.

Attenzione! Non stringere eccessivamente il gruppo lame.

u Collocare il coperchio (4) sul bicchiere.
u Ruotare il coperchio (4) in senso orario no a farlo

scattare in posizione.

u Collocare il tappo del foro di alimentazione (5) sul

coperchio (4).

Attenzione! Porre attenzione svuotando il bicchiere e
maneggiando le lame perché sono molto aflate.

u Preparare l'unità per frullare, come descritto sopra.
u Aprire il foro di alimentazione oppure togliere il coperchio (4).

Συναρμολόγηση(g.A)

Προειδοποίηση! Πριν τη συναρμολόγηση, βεβαιωθείτε ότι η

συσκευή είναι εκτός λειτουργίας και ότι το φις της δεν είναι
στην πρίζα.

Συναρμολόγησηκανάτας(εικ.Α)

u Τοποθετήστε το δακτύλιο σφράγισης (9) στη

συναρμολόγηση λεπίδας (2).

u Τοποθετήστε τη συναρμολόγηση λεπίδας στο κάτω μέρος

της κανάτας (3).

u Περιστρέψτε τη συναρμολόγηση λεπίδας αριστερόστροφα

για να κλειδώσει στη θέση της.

Προειδοποίηση! Μη σφίξετε υπερβολικά τη συναρμολόγηση
λεπίδας.

u Τοποθετήστε το καπάκι (4) πάνω στην κανάτα.
u Στρέψτε το καπάκι (4) προς τα δεξιά μέχρι να κουμπώσει

στη θέση του.

u Τοποθετήστε το κάλυμμα της οπής γεμίσματος (5) στο

καπάκι (4).
Προειδοποίηση! Προσέξτε όταν αδειάζετε τη κανάτα και όταν
μεταχειρίζεστε τις λεπίδες επειδή είναι πολύ αιχμηρές.

Τοποθέτησηκαιαφαίρεσητηςκανάτας(εικ.A)

u Τοποθετήστε τη κανάτα (3) στη μονάδα του μοτέρ,

ευθυγραμμίζοντας τις εξοχές (6) με τις εσοχές (7).

u Στερεώστε τη κανάτα στρέφοντάς το δεξιόστροφα μέχρι οι

εξοχές (6) να εμπλακούν μέσα στις υποδοχές (8).

u Για να αφαιρέσετε τη κανάτα, στρέψτε τη κανάτα

αριστερόστροφα και βγάλτε την.

Χρήση

Προειδοποίηση! Να τοποθετείτε πάντα την μονάδα σε μια

επίπεδη, καθαρή και μη ολισθηρή επιφάνεια πριν την
χρησιμοποιήσετε.

Έναρξηκαιπαύσητηςλειτουργίας

u Προκειμένου να θέστε σε λειτουργία την συσκευή για

σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα, στρέψτε τον διακόπτη

ρύθμισης ταχύτητας (1) στην θέση Ρ. Για να την θέστε

εκτός λειτουργίας, αφήστε τον διακόπτη.

u Για να την θέστε σε λειτουργία για μεγαλύτερο χρονικό

διάστημα, στρέψτε τον διακόπτη ρύθμισης ταχύτητας (1)

στην θέση 1 (χαμηλή ταχύτητα) ή 2 (υψηλή ταχύτητα).

Για να την θέστε εκτός λειτουργίας, στρέψτε τον διακόπτη

στην θέση 0.
Προειδοποίηση! Μη λειτουργείτε τη συσκευή συνεχώς για
πάνω από 2 λεπτά. Αφού λειτουργήσει η συσκευή συνεχώς
για 2 λεπτά, αφήστε την να κρυώσει τουλάχιστον για 10 λεπτά
πριν την χρησιμοποιήσετε πάλι.

Ανάμιξη

Πριν τοποθετήσετε το καπάκι (4) προσθέστε τα συστατικά.
Τα συστατικά μπορούν να προστεθούν μέσα από την οπή
γεμίσματος.

Προειδοποίηση! Μη χρησιμοποιείτε ποτέ τη συσκευή χωρίς
το καπάκι.

Προειδοποίηση! Προσέξτε όταν αδειάζετε τη κανάτα και όταν
μεταχειρίζεστε τις λεπίδες επειδή είναι αιχμηρές.

u Ρυθμίστε την μονάδα για ανάμειξη όπως περιγράφεται

παραπάνω.

u Ανοίξτε την οπή γεμίσματος ή αφαιρέστε το καπάκι (4).

u Προσθέστε τα απαιτούμενα συστατικά στην κανάτα (3).

Προειδοποίηση! Μην ξεπερνάτε το επίπεδο MAX (1,4 λίτρα).

u Τοποθετήστε το καπάκι και το κάλυμμα της οπής

γεμίσματος στην κανάτα.

u Λειτουργήστε την συσκευή όπως περιγράφεται

παραπάνω. Συνιστάται να ξεκινάτε με μικρή ταχύτητα και
έπειτα να αλλάζετε σε υψηλότερη αν χρειάζεται.

u Στρέψτε την κανάτα προς τα αριστερά και βγάλτε την από

την μονάδα του μοτέρ.

u Αφαιρέστε το καπάκι.
u Χύστε τα συστατικά.

u Αφαιρέστε τη κανάτα από τη συσκευή.
u Αφαιρέστε το καπάκι και τη κανάτα.

u Εάν χρειαστεί, η συναρμολόγηση λεπίδας μπορεί να

αφαιρεθεί και καθαριστεί ξεχωριστά.

u Μη χρησιμοποιείτε αποξεστικά ή χημικά καθαριστικά σε

οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτής της συσκευής.

u Μην πλένετε οποιαδήποτε μέρη της συσκευής σε

πλυντήριο πιάτων.

u Μην προσπαθήσετε να ακονίσετε τις λεπίδες, καθώς

μπορεί να τις καταστρέψετε.
