The device incorporates up to
16 internal connectors that run
down the center of the chassis.
The front-facing buses
accommodate a variety of
function cards that can house
short-range modems, fiber
modems, interface converters,
and CSU/DSUs.
The rear-facing buses hold a
variety of interface cards and
offer a wide selection of data
connectors, including RJ-11,
RJ-45, D-sub, fiber, and M-type.
Other features include heavyduty construction, optional AC or
12-, 24-, or 48-VDC power-supply
modules, easy cabling, several
function cards, a separate power
supply card, and much more.
