parallel port, you can attach most ASCII parallel printers directly to your IBM AS/400
®
and
System/3X hosts.
Setting up the PQ-7 is easy. It’s about the same size and weight as a standard bedside clock/radio. So you can put the PQ-7 virtually anywhere its power cord or printer cable will reach.
Once the PQ-7 is in place, just set the easy-access DIP switches. Confirm your selections with a Self Test/Setup summary, and you’re ready to print.
The manual (included) has easy-to-follow charts that show you how to set up the PQ-7 for different printers, emulations, languages, and operational guidelines.
