MediaFlyer Quick Start Guide
Setting Up MediaFlyer
The MediaFlyer connects a display to your network
and, via your broadband connection, enables you to
control your displays from anywhere in the world
using the Internet.
Connecting Your MediaFlyer Hardware
1. Plug in the MediaFlyer Express components.
2. Connect the components to your displays.
3. Connect the components to the network.
Turn the page to see a connection diagram…
6. Your MediaFlyer Settings
Enter basic values for the MediaFlyer, including Name,
Rotation, and Mode.
NOTE: You can change these later if required.
Click on “CONTINUE.”
7. Assign MediaFlyer to a Site
Choose “New Site” from the drop-down menu. Enter
the Site Name, Timezone, and Language.
Click “Finish.”

1. Create a New Account
Once you have plugged in everything and switched on
the power, your screen should show a serial number
and direct you to mediaflyer.blackbox.com.
Using an Internet-connected computer, browse to
mediaflyer.blackbox.com and click on “Create New
Account.”
2. Terms and Conditions
The following screen appears:
Click on the “I AGREE” checkbox, then click on
“CONTINUE.”
3. Create an Organization
Type in a name for your organization, then click on
“CONTINUE.”
5. Setting Up Your System
Enter the serial number, then click on “CONTINUE.”
