How to install the AT-100 Software:
Insert CD-ROM and double click ‘OKAYO Audio Guide AT-100 Series 2.1 setup’
Click Next to continue installation.

Enter your serial number. This can be obtained from the Licence agreement card which has been supplied w ith this software CD.
Check the tick box to agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘next’.
Enter user name and company name then click ‘next’ to continue.

Select your language and click ‘next’.
Set the location for the installation. The default is c:\Program files. Click ‘next’ to continue installation.

ATC-110 Audio guide charger installation and usage.
There are 10 charging slots available on this dev ice (see photo below). When inserting audio guides into charger ensure they are in the correct orientation and are firmly pressed into the slots. Audio guides have been fitted w ith new batteries by Blackbox AV prior to shipping and will usually be fully charged.
Connect the unit to supplied AC pow er adapter. Connect USB lead (supplied) to the ATC-110 and the other end to the PC. Ensure the Power LED (3) is illuminated.

Daily use of charging unit:
Set the unit to charger using mode sw itch (4). Insert all the audio guides into the slots and the charging indicator (5) should be lit on all units.
Once all the audio guides have been charged the charged indicator (6) LED’s should all be lit. The units are now charged and ready for daily use. Ensure Units are returned to the station and charged at the end of the day.
Updating of files to Audio guides:
Only insert Audio guides which need updating into the charger. Any Audio guide which has been inserted will be changed during software download.
Once all Audio guides that require updating hav e been correctly inserted and fully charged, change the mode sw itch (4) to the update position.
Follow the software guide to update Audio guides (Page 9).

Audio guide Software update instructions.
Double click the shortcut to the software.

network. E - Multi Language folders: Gives you up to 32 Language folders. The
languages can be selected by entering the correct code from 951 to 982. F - Data programming area: Up to 950 files can be placed in this folder per
language (depending on memory limits of the Audio guide). G- Cue area : For inserting M P3 error files.

How to create a new project:
Click ‘new ’ to create a new project. When the software has been opened for the first time a new blank project has been created and so you can skip this step.
Opening an existing project:
Click ‘open’ to open an existing project

Saving an existing project:
Click ‘sav e’ to sav e your project. Type in a filename and click ‘save’
How to check if your project has all the source files: Click ‘check files’ to ensure all files are present and correct.
When a source file is missing or incorrect an error message will be displayed.
To transfer files to the Audio guides click ‘Update’.

If no files are in the Cue area an error message will be displayed. On the installation CD there are standard cue files for you to use or you can create your own.
A window will open to check if you really want to update. Click ‘yes’ to continue.
A window will ask if you want to shut down after update. This will shut down the whole computer so be sure you want to do this and make a selection to continue.
Updating will now be carried out.

Creating a new Project:
Begin by opening the software. Create a new project and locate the mp3 files you require. The software will automatically select the first language area as 951. I f there is more languages to be included in the project set the language by right clicking here:
Click Set Denotation and enter the desired language.
Select the correct language in this w indow before adding MP3 files. Select MP3 files and drag them to the correct location. You can prev iew the files to ensure they are correct at any time.
Change language and continue w ith adding files. Drag the cue files into each of the three cue file locations. These will be played w hen an incorrect key press has been entered or the language has been changed. Once you are happy with your project, save and update the Audio guides.

A - Numeric keypad (0 -9) Press required numbers to select correct track.
When track is playing the volume can be altered using ‘7’ for dow n and
‘9’ for up. Pressing ‘0’ while the track is playing will adv ance to the next
track. To change to another track you must press the stop button before
entering the track number. B - LED is: Green – Unit is fully charged and idle.
Amber –Battery’s need recharging.
Flashing red – Unit w ill shut dow n due to v ery low battery. C - Plays or stops the selected track. D - Hold to pow er on or power off the unit. E - Mini jack plug for either stereo headphones or an induction loop.

General operation.
Turn on the device by pressing the power key for a second. The correct language cue file will be played.
To set the correct language enter the correct language code defined with the softw are. When the unit has received the correct code a cue file will acknow ledge this. If the selection was incorrect another cue file will play. The unit always retains the previous language selection even it has been switched off.
To play a file once the language has been selected, just enter the correct
number. Once the track is playing you can alter the volume using ‘7’ and ‘9’ or adv ance to the next track using ‘0’.
To select another track press stop and enter it’s number.
If there is no track a cue file will be played to acknowledge this.
To switch off the unit hold down the power key.
