Thank you for purchasing the Black Box transmitter (ACS4001A-R2-T) or receiver (ACS4001A-R2-R) unit. This product was
designed to be used with the ServSwitch
chassis versions:

To connect the transmitter (ACS4001A-R2-T) or receiver (ACS4001A-R2-R) to the DKM DVI-D KVM Switch, follow these
instructions and refer to the diagram on the back of this page:

1. Install the ACS4001A-R2-T unit(s) near the computer side and the ACS4001A-R2-R unit(s) near the user side.

2. Use CATx cable to interconnect the transmitters (ACS4001A-R2-T) to the RJ-45 CPU ports and the receivers (ACS4001A-R2-R)
to the RJ-45 CON ports of the DKM switch. (If you need to extend the distance farther than 459 feet (140 meters), use the

ACX1000 CATx to CATx repeater to double your length.)

3. Power on the system and verify the LED status on the transmitters and receivers to make sure everything is connected

correctly.
