SPECIFICATIONS
Warming Shelves are designed and manufactured to hold food at
required NSF temperatures, and are ideal for holding pizza in takeout operations, server-to-customer pass through areas, cafeterias,
pizza buffets and any foods at safe temperatures.
Unique element design provides uniform heat while infinite controls,
with knobs on operator side, deliver rapid pre-heat up to 212°F
(112°C).
BKI Warming Shelves feature all stainless steel surfaces for ease of
cleaning, durability and to resist the stresses of repeated use and
abuse.
Available in 5 lengths from 24" (610mm) to 72" (1829mm) in onefoot increments, and are 18" deep (457mm) for large pizzas, and
are only 3" tall (76mm) including 1/2"natural rubber feet (13mm).
120 Volt with 6' (1830mm) cord & plug standard.
1-Year limited parts and labor warranty included.
