System used with VGG-5, VGG­8 and VGG-16 Model Rotisserie
Ovens

Self-contained and free of expensive ductwork,

our ventless hood system has an advanced

two-stage filtration process that limits the

emission of grease laden air from the VGG

rotisserie ovens. The VGH-5 is paired with the

VGG-5 and the VGH-8 is paired with the VGG-8

or the VGG-16. This unit meets the current

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 202

testing standards. A forced maintenance system

utilizes signal lights on the unit to alert the

operator to check filter placement, replace dirty

filters, and latch the hood doors. The VGG oven

will shut off automatically if a hood door is

opened, a filter is removed or the hood power is

turned off.

Mounting Options:

Standard Features:

 Must be mounted to VGG-16 oven in
