PASTRY OVEN
Our Bake King electrically powered pastry
oven has been developed specifically for small
to medium batch production of sweet and
savoury pastries, as well speciality breads.
The versatile oven incorporates a humidifier
for delicate products and an integrated,
bi-directional fan for even distribution of heat.
The oven is fully vented to prevent overheating
of the chamber or door. A user friendly digital
controller, with a 60 minute timer, provides

thermostatic control of between 80

C.

The compact oven has capacity for three, 600
x 400mm trays. Stainless steel construction and
demountable components ensure hygiene and
ease of cleaning
