1 Quick Guide ECOLITE Regler

F1:

- erhöht den Wert

- wechselt zum nächsten Menü der gleichen Menüebene

- schaltet Hauptanzeige um auf Informationen zur Hochdruckseite

- gedrückt halten >5 s: setzt Alarmspeicher zurück

F2:

- verlässt das Menü (ohne den Wert zu speichern)

- wechselt zur übergeordneten Menüebene

- wechselt die Hauptanzeige des Displays von Druckwert in bar
zu Sättigungstemperatur in °C für aktives Kältemittel

F4:

- bestätigt und speichert den Wert

- wechselt zur untergeordneten
Menüebene

- öffnet das Statusmenü bei aktiver
Hauptanzeige des Displays

F3:

- verringert den Wert

- wechselt zum vorherigen Menü der
gleichen Menüebene

- schaltet Hauptanzeige um auf
Informationen zur Niederdruckseite

① Status Verdichter
ein = in Betrieb, aus = nicht in Betrieb,
blinkend = startet in wenigen Sek.
② Status CRII Magnetventil 1
ein = Zylinderbank deaktiviert,
aus = Zylinderbank aktiviert
③ Status CRII Magnetventil 2
ein = Zylinderbank deaktiviert,
aus = Zylinderbank aktiviert

④ Status Verflüssigerventilator(en)
ein = in Betrieb
aus = nicht in Betrieb
⑤ Status Flüssigkeitsmagnetventil
(extern)
ein = Ventil eingeschaltet,
aus = Ventil ausgeschaltet
⑥ Betriebsart Verflüssigerventilator(en)
ein = Betriebsart LowSound aktiviert,
aus = Betriebsart Eco aktiviert
⑦ Status Störmelderelais
ein = Störung aktiv, aus = keine Störung
aktiv

der Nutzung dieses Quick Guides die Betriebsanleitung lesen. Sie enthält auch spezifische Informationen zu Para­metern, Einstellungen ab Werk, Modbus-Verbindung etc.

Funktionstasten und Anzeige

Der ECOLITE Regler hat vier Funktionstasten für Bedienung und Diagnose sowie eine Farbanzeige:

Passwort eingeben

1. Gleichzeitig F2 + F4 drücken ⇒ PAR

2. F1 drücken ⇒ PASS

3. F4 drücken ⇒ 0

4. F1/F3 verwenden, um 2 zu wählen (= Code für den Monteur)

5. F4 drücken zur Bestätigung

6. F2 ein- oder mehrmals drücken, um zum Hauptmenü zurückzukehren

Parameter einstellen

1. Gleichzeitig F2 + F4 drücken ⇒ PAR

2. F4 drücken ⇒ CNF

3. F1/F3 verwenden zur Auswahl:

– CNF

– CPR

– FAN

– COR

Für jeden dieser Menüpunkte F4 drücken, um zu bestätigen, und wieder F1/F3 verwenden, um die Parameter für
jedes Untermenü zu wählen (siehe unten).

F4 drücken, um jede dieser Einstellungen zu bestätigen. Dann F2 ein- oder mehrmals drücken, um zum Hauptme­nü zurückzukehren.

1 Quick guide ECOLITE Controller

F1:

- increases the value

- goes to the next menu of the same level

- switches main display to information on high pressure side of

condensing unit

- holding down >5 s: resets alarm buffer

F2:

- quits the menu (without saving the value)

- goes to the next higher menu level

- switches main display from pressure value in bar to

saturation temperature in °C for active refrigerant

F4:

- confirms and saves the value

- goes to the next lower menu level

- opens status menu with main display

being active

F3:

- reduces the value

- goes to the previous menu of the

same menu level

- switches main display to information

on suction side of condensing unit

① Compressor status

on = in operation, off = not in

operation,

flashing = will start in a few seconds
② Status of CRII solenoid valve 1

on = cylinder bank deactivated,

off = cylinder bank activated
③ Status of CRII solenoid valve 2

on = cylinder bank deactivated,

off = cylinder bank activated

④ Status of condenser fan(s)

on = in operation

off = not in operation
⑤ Status of liquid solenoid valve

on = valve switched on,

Function keys and display

The ECOLITE controller has 4 function keys for operation and diagnostics as well as a colour display:

4. Use F1/F3 for choosing 2 (= code for installer)

Set parameters

1. Press F2 + F4 simultaneously ⇒ PAR

2. Press F4 ⇒ CNF

3. Use F1/F3 for choosing:

– CNF

– CPR

– FAN

– COR

For each of these menu items, press F4 to confirm and again use F1/F3 for choosing the parameters of each sub­menu (see below).

Press F4 to confirm each of these settings. Press F2 one or several times to return to main menu.
