Install Lithium Battery
1. Firstly please disconnect the power adaptor and open the battery box, which is
2. Please correctly install the battery.
3. Put the battery cover back and install the screw. If the battery is successfully
on the back side of the device

Opeartion about Time and Alarm
Time Setting
Under AUDIO OFF mode (not LINE IN or FM-RADIO working mode) to set the
time
1) Press ALARM SET for 6s，the hour digit will flash, press ALARM- or ALARM+
to adjust hour.
2) Press ALARM SET again while the hour digit is flashing, the minute digit will
flash, press ALARM- or ALARM+ to adjust minute.
3) Press ALARM SET to finish the setting.
4) Press ALARM+ for 5s key to adjust 12 hour format and 24 hour format.
5) Year, Month and Time display
i) Press SNOOZE for a while, LCD will display Month, Day;
ii) Press Snooze for a while again, LCD will display Year;
iii) Press Snooze for a while again, LCD will display DST Zone and easy to
view the setting parameters.
Alarm Setting
1. Set Alarm Time
1) Press ALARM SET key, then press ALARM- or ALARM+ to adjust hour.
2) Press the ALARM SET key again, then press ALARM- or ALARM+ to
adjust minute.
3) Press the ALARM SET key to finish the setting.
2. Activate the Alarm
Press ALARM ON/OFF key to start and close alarm. The alarm time and its
mark will be displayed on the LCD if the alarm is activated. The alarm and its
mark disappear will disappear if the alarm is closed.
3. Alarm snooze feature
1) When alarm ringing, press any function key (except for ALARM button) or
pick up the handset, it will activate the Snooze. After 10 minutes it will ring
again.
2) Alarm ringing during playing mode, it exist playing mode automatically.

Adjust LCD brightness
In off-alarm mode, press SNOOZE to adjust the LCD brightness, there are
three levels for selecting: Mid, Hi and Off.
Charging ports
1. There are Four USB charging ports, charging for some devices
1) Two intelligent USB Charging ports — Charging for Apple devices.
2) Two standard USB Charging ports —— Charging for mobile phones and
other peripheral products.
2. Multi-Functional Charging ports: Apple Dock & Lighting Connector charging
for all Apple devices; Micro USB port charging for the mobile phones with
micro USB port.
Clock’s battery Changing
The back-up battery is BL-5C Lithium Battery, 1000mAH and 3.7V. Without
external power, the back-up battery will keep the LCD in middle-light. Further
more, it can make the LCD to show the time and guarantees the Alarm can well
work.
If it needs change new battery, please remove the battery-cabinet cover, take off
the old battery and install new one. Please make sure to install the right
battery.
Note: The Back-up battery isn’t supplied & installed into UM 77 unless there is
special requirement.
Change time
Firstly, please install two pieces of 7# 1.5V batteries into the Remote Time
Controller. Pay attention to the polarity of the battery. Don’t mix the old and new
batteries.
Note: The anode of the battery should be toward outside. The battery should be
changed every two years.

Remote Time Control
1. LCD Display
2. DST SET key——Set DST time.
3. TIME SET key——Set time and date.
4. TIME PROG key——Adjust time and date .
5. DST PROG key ——Adjust DST time.
6. UP key —— Upward key.
7. DOWN key——Downward key.
Set time with the Remote Time Control
●Press TIME SET key, hour digits flashing, press UP/DOWN key to adjust,
●Press TIME SET key, press UP/DOWN key to adjust minute,
●Press TIME SET key, press UP/DOWN key to adjust month,
●Press TIME SET key, press UP/DOWN key to adjust day,
●Press TIME SET key, press UP/DOWN key to adjust year,
●Press TIME SET key, LCD display the time, setting finished.
Set DST area code with the Remote Time Control
Press DST SET key, then press UP/DOWN key to set the area code:
00= DST OFF, 01=USA/Canada, 02=Europe/Russia/Swiss;
03= Mexico, 04=New Zealand
Adjust Time
1) After the above setting, press DST PROG at the right upper direction within
10cm near the LCD to adjust the DST Time. Press Time PROG to adjust the
date and time.
2) When LCD displays time, press TIME SET over 2 seconds to realize the
conversion of 12- Hour Format and 24- Hour Format.
Note: If the attached Remote Time Control is different than above image, please
according to the attached object.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

1) The product has not been used for any purpose other than normal use,
2) Unauthorized product repair or modifications have not been attempted.
3) The product has never been used in a harsh or corrosive environment.
4) No damage in transit
