GENERAL INFORMATION
DO NOT dispose of any packaging until you have checked that
the appliance is operational.
After removing the packaging, ensure the contents are intact
and complete. In the unlikely event of missing parts; contact
your retailer.
DO NOT leave children unattended with any of the packaging
since it is a potential source of danger. Disposal of all packaging
must be carried out responsibly and safely and in accordance
with your local authority regulations.
ALWAYS recycle the packaging material where possible.
When using any electrically powered product, basic safety
precautions should always be followed.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND IN
FULL BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Bissell Commercial warrants to the original purchaser that its
products and the component parts thereof will be free from
defects in workmanship and materials, for a period of one year
from the date of purchase.
Bissell Commercial will, without charge, will repair or
replace, at its option, defective product or component
parts. Returned

product must be accompanied by proof of purchase dated in
the form of a receipt or copy of paid invoice and Bissell
Commercial representative authorization.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply in the event of
misuse or abuse of product or as a result of unauthorized
alterations or repairs. The warranty is void if unit is opened,
disassembled, or altered in any way or used in a manner
contrary to instructions in the user manual or specications.
Bissell Commercial will not be liable for any consequential
damages, including without limitation, damages resulting from
loss of use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or injury
to persons or property:
1. Always operate the product from a power source of the same
voltage, frequency, and rating as indicated on the product
identication plate.
2. To prevent electric shock, DO NOT operate the unit in
standing water. Never plug in or unplug the unit with wet
hands or while standing in water.
3. To avoid risk of injury, DO NOT direct air ow at face or body.
4.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use
the AM5D Mini Air Mover with any solid-state speed
control device.

5. To reduce the risk of electric shock, DO NOT expose the unit
or exible cord to moisture of any kind.
6. Close supervision is necessary when any product is used
by or near children the elderly or the inrm. DO NOT allow
children to use the appliance as a toy.
7. DO NOT operate this product with a damaged power cord
plug. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by
qualied personnel or other similar qualied persons in order
to avoid hazard. Or return it to an authorized service facility
for examinatino and/or repair
8. DO NOT unplug your unit by pulling on its cord. Firmly grasp
the pug and pull it out of the wall socket or power receptacle.
9. Use only with GFCI protected receptacles. Please contact a
qualied electrician for verication and / or installation of a
GFCI receptacle if necessary.
10. DO NOT run the power cord under carpeting. DO NOT
cover the power cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Place the power cord away from trafc area to
prevent tripping.
11. Switch off and unplug from the power socket when not in use.
This should be done before assembling or before cleaning.
12. DO NOT place objects on the product or allow objects to
obstruct the inlet or outlet openings. Don’t operate in close
proximity to walls or loose materials, etc.

13. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or
sold by the product distributor may cause injury to persons
or damage to property.
14. This product is intended for normal light commercial use only.
15. DO NOT attempt to dismantle the appliance.
16. DO NOT operate the appliance on a metal surface.
17. DO NOT use the appliance in articially hot or humid
conditions or allow to be used in a hazardous environment.
18. DO NOT clean the appliance with organic solvent.
19. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
20. Children should not be left unsupervised with the appliance.
21. This instruction manual is an integral part of the appliance
and should be stored for safe keeping and must always
accompany the appliance in the event of ownership
transfers or for reference by a service engineer.

OPERATION / INSTRUCTIONS
The AM5D Mini Air Mover is intended to move air and to dry
small areas where the large air mover is not applicable such
as crawl spaces, inside cabinets, under counters, inside
ceilings, basements, etc. The Mini Air Mover can also be used
as high velocity fan for household use.
1.
The AM5D Mini Air Mover is shipped ready-to-use. Prior to
plugging the unit into the power source, inspect completely
for any shipping damage.
2. Plug the electrical cord into the 3-prong GFCI outlet.
3.
Carefully place the AM5D Mini Air Mover unit on a stable,
flat dry surface.
4. The unit is capable to be
used at 4 different angles
to direct air ow.
5. Turn the switch to desired
speed and make sure unit
operates normally.

in operation must
be supervised at all times.

AIR MOVERS STORAGE:
Air Movers can be stacked on their sides for storage.
NOTICE: Stacking feature is not secure for transportation.
DAISY CHAIN:
The AM5D Mini Air Mover can be connected in a “Daisy
Chain” allowing for four additional A500 Mini Air Mover units
to work together on one circuit.
NOTICE: Only use the AM5D Mini Air Mover units together in
the daisy chain.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
The
AM5D Mini Air Mover has an on-board circuit breaker. If
the auxiliary outlet overloads, the circuit breaker will trip. If the
breaker trips, unplug the units and press the circuit breaker
reset button. Plug the units back into the power source and turn
on the switch.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1.
To keep your AM5D Mini Air Mover clean, use a damp cloth
to
wipe the surface of the housing.
2.
Never clean the AM5D Mini Air Mover with water.
3.
When not in use, unplug and store your AM5DMini Air Mover
in a dry indoor place out of reach of children.
4.
Always disconnect the AM5D Mini Air Mover from its power
source before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

contact our Service Department.
