SPECIAL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS
Your juicer is not meant for the processing of fruit
and vegetables with small stones (e.g. sea-buckthorn, black-currant, tomatoes etc.). Before preparing food always remove stones and other
tough tissues.
Before switching the juicer on always check if the
lid is properly installed and fixed.
Do not open the lid latches or remove the lid when the juicer is on.
Switch off the appliance wait for the motor to stop and then open
the appliance.
Your juicer is equipped with an automatic protection system; which
stops the operation if the juicer parts are not assembled properly.
To push the fruit and vegetables inside use only the pusher that
comes with the juicer. Do not use foreign objects, and never use
your fingers for that.
Do not overload the juicer; do not use excess force to get the fruit
through.
Do not let foreign objects get into the fruit inlet.
Only run the juicer for 5 minutes at a time, leave the appliance for
a 10 minute break before using again.
If your juicer becomes blocked, switch it off, unplug and remove
pulp of fruit and vegetables.
Always unplug after use and before disassembling and cleaning.
Do not use the juicer if the grater-filter or its housing is damaged.
If the juice stops coming out of the nozzle, it means that the juicer is
blocked. Stop loading or you may damage the motor. Then switch
the juicer off, unplug and clean as described in the cleaning instruction below; after that you may resume the juice preparation.
Please note; processing soft vegetables and fruit means you will
need to clean the juicer more often.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disassembling
1. Make sure the appliance is switched off and unplugged.
2. Open the safety clips (4), remove the top cover
(3) and the separator (6) with the cutter/
strainer (9).
Note: when disassembling the appliance, always remove the
cutter/strainer (9) together with the separator (6).
Assembling
1. Put your juice extractor on a dry clean horizontal surface.
2. Install the separator (6) on the juice extractor casing (10) so that
the side guides of the separators fit into the grooves on the casing.
3. Install the cutter/strainer (9) on top of the separator (6) so that its
connected to the cutter/strainer drive (11) and can rotate freely.
4. Put the top cover (3) of the juice extractor on and close the safety
clips (4).
Note: The juice extractor has a safety device. If the top
cover (3) or safety clips (4) are not locked properly,
the appliance will not function. It will automatically
switch off in case it unlocks in the course of the juice
extractor operation.
5. Place the pulp container (14) under the pulp outlet (8), then place
the juice cup with the foam separator (13) under the separator
spout (6). The foam separator efficiently separates foam from juice.
The extracted juice will be collected in the juice cup (13). Pour the
juice into another cup before serving, so that the foam stays in the
bottom of the juice cup. You may also use any other container of
appropriate size to collect juice instead of the juice cup (13).
6. Install the food tray (2) on top of the food chute (5) to put fruit and
vegetables on it in the course of juice extraction. As the shape of
the food tray (2) exactly matches the shape of the top cover (3),
you can use it as a cover by turning the tray upside down before
placing the appliance for storage.

Use
1. Before plugging in the appliance, make sure the juice extractor is
switched off and the safety clips (4) are closed properly.
2. Prepare the products for processing. To ensure efficient operation, follow the rules below:
– Do not slice products into very small chunks, as this will increase
the waste and make the juice extractor less efficient.
– Do not place more that one chunk at a time in the food chute
(5). Put the next chunk in the food chute (5) only after the previous one is fully processes and juice stops to come out of the
spout.
3. Switch off the juice extractor using the switch (12).
4. Put a chunk into the food chute (5) and slowly push it with the
pusher (1) to the processing area. Do not push too hard as it will
lead to decrease in the appliance efficiency.
5. When you put fruits and vegetables into the juice extractor, the
appliance drive should be running.
6. If in the course of juice extraction the pulp container (14) gets full,
switch off the juice extractor, remove pulp and reinstall the container. To continue juice extraction, switch on the appliance.
7. After you finish extracting the juice, clean the appliance immediately and dry all its components.
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Unplug the juice extractor and disassemble it.
2. For safety reason do not submerge the appli-
ance casing (10) in water or other liquids, just
wipe it with a clean damp lint free cloth
3. Wash other juice extractor components in
soapy water using a soft sponge. Do not use a
stiff brush or abrasive detergents.
4. Plastic juice extractor components may get stained when you process certain types of fruits and vegetables (like carrot, oranges,
beet-root, etc.). To remove stains wipe these components with a
cloth soaked in a water and vinegar solution (2-4 tea spoons of
9% vinegar to a glass of water). Then clean as usual.
5. Treat the cutter/strainer (9) with care to avoid damage. Lack of
proper care may lead to the cutter/strainer becoming damaged.
Follow the rules below:
– The cutter/strainer should be cleaned using a soft brush.
– Do not use detergents containing chloride lime or metal brushes.
– Replace the cutter/strainer if it is showing signs of damage.

HELPFUL HINTS
Make juice from fresh vegetables. Do not process
over-ripe fruit. The juicier the product, the more
juice you get. The juice may contain up to 30%
pulp depending on the product. It is normal to have
pulp content in the juice.
When using over-ripe or soft apples, pears etc.
the pulp content may be higher than usual.
7
Apple juice quickly turns brown. To slow down this process, add a
couple of drops of lemon juice.
It is recommended to serve the juice immediately after making.
