Please read the safety instructions carefully before using this
appliance. Please retain the instructions for future refer-
ence.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed: X Before using for the first time, check that the appliance voltage is the same as your local supply. X Only use the appliance for the purposes stipu­lated by the instructions.
X Only use attachments supplied with the equip-
X To avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the appliance,
plug or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do not place the appliance where it could come into contact with water or other liquids. If the appliance comes in contact with water, immediately disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the machine again until it has been serviced by an autho-
rized service center.
X Do not let children use the appliance without supervision. X If the power cord plug does not fit to your wall socket,
consult a qualified electrician.
X Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
X Always supervise the appliance while in use. X To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other high
voltage equipment on the same circuit.
X Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
X Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
X Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
X Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acci-
dentally overturn it.
X Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the machine yourself.
X Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might
result in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment. Repairs should only be done by authorized service centers.
X Do not use the device in areas where combustible gas mixtures
or inflammable liquid vapors could present in the air, or in areas with inflammable air-borne dust or fibers.
X This equipment is intended for household use only, not for
commercial or industrial use.
X Please follow all the requirements of this guide. X Do not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects (dents,
cracks etc.), get it checked by the nearest authorized service center.

SPECIAL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS
X Before turning the appliance on for the first time, make sure that all components of the blender have been properly installed. X Do not apply too much force when installing the blender attachment, as it may result in the break­age of the appliance and in the termination of the warranty.
X If a smell of burning, foreign sounds or power reduction occur
during the blending process, immediately unplug the appli­ance from the outlet and clean the blender. If the blender still malfunctions after cleaning, contact an authorized service cen­ter.
X It is recommended that original factory packaging should be
used for the transportation of the blender in order to prevent its parts from breaking.
X If the ingredients are hot, allow them to cool before blending
(maximum temperature: 800C). Never blend hot fat or oil with the blender.
X Never use the blender to blend paints or solvents. X Do not attempt to remove any ingredients when the blender is
in operation.
X Always turn the appliance off before removing the attach-
ment.
X Maximum allowed time of blender continuous operation – 1
minute with compulsory pause of not less 1 minute. Operating time for solid products processing should not exceed 15 sec­onds.
X The blades of the blender are very sharp. Never touch the
blades of the blender.
X Turn the blender on only after it has been fully assembled.
Always check whether the appliance has been properly as­sembled before each use.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack the appliance and wash blender,
mincer and whisks (6, 7, 8), blades (10a, 10b) and bowls (11A, 11B), wipe appliance body (1) and power cord (12) of the appliance with moisturized fabric and then wipe them dry.
OPERATING MANUAL
Use of blender and whisk:
1. Insert selected whisk or blender (6, 7) in the relevant opening of the appliance body (1 ) until you hear a click. Press release buttons (5) in order to release whisk or blender.

3. Plug the appliance into mains.
4. Lower whisk or blender into the bowl with the product to be processed or into blending glass (13).
Note:
blades of blender should be completely plunged into the processed product in order to prevent sputtering.
5. To switch on the appliance, select desired speed using speed selector (2), then push the button to set normal speed mode (3) or the button to set turbo speed mode (4). Keep the button pressed while the appliance is operating.
6. If turbo mode is used the appliance operates at maximum speed. It is impossible in this case to change speeds using speed selector (2).
7. Unplug the appliance from mains after use.
8. The appliance can be used with any bowls or containers.
Use of mincer:
1. Both mincer bowls are suitable for mincing meat, cheese, on­ions, herbs, garlic, carrots, nuts etc. Before mincing, cut the product into smaller parts, remove shell, bones, tendons and cartilage. Use mincer bowl A (11 A) for larger volume of the product, and use mincer bowl B (11 B) for smaller volumes. Additionally, mincer bowl A can be used to prepare fruit, vegetable and alcoholic beverages, mash, liquid dough etc
2. Choose one of two bowls A (11 A) or B (11 B).
3. Install appropriate mincer blade (10a, 10b) into the bowl
(11A, 11B).
4. Place products into the mincer bowl (11A, 11B).
5. Install the mincer gear (8) on the bowl (11A, 11B).

MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING
1. Always unplug the appliance from mains before cleaning.
2. Remove blender, mincer or whisk (6,7,8) from the body (1), by pressing release buttons (5). Wash blender, mincer or whisk (6,7,8), blade (10a,10b), blending glass (13) and mincer bowl (11 A, 11B) in warm water and

3. Wipe the body (1) and power cord (12) with moisturized fabric and then wipe them dry.
4. Never plunge the body (1) and power cord (12) in water.
5. Do not use abrasive cleansers to clean parts of the appliance.
6. Get the appliance completely dried before use.
7. Blender and whisk (6,7) can be stored using wall bracket (14).

USEFUL TIPS
X To produce a homogeneous mixture, move the attachment in a circle inside the container. If you need to scrape off the remainder of the unblended ingredients from the walls of the container used for blending, stop the appliance and scrape off the remainder of the ingredients from the walls, using a spoon.
