When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed:

voltage equipment on the same circuit.
X Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
X Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
X Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
X Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acci
dentally overturn it.
X Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the
machine yourself.
X Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might
result in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the
equipment. Repairs should only be done by authorizedservice centers.
X Do not use the device in areas where combustible gas mixtures
or inflammable liquid vapors could present in the air, or in
areas with inflammable airborne dust or fibers.
X This equipment is intended for household use only, not for
commercial or industrial use.
X Please follow all the requirements of this guide.
X Do not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects (dents,
cracks etc.), get it checked by the nearest authorized service
center.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the appliance from its package and
wash in warm water all parts of the appliance,
that will come in contact with food. Clean the
body of the appliance (1) and the power cable
(10) with a damp cloth and then wipe them
dry. Before using the appliance for the first time
it is recommended to turn it on for 5 minutes to
remove protective coating. During this operation the appliance
may emit a light smoke.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ENGLISH
1. Place the appliance on a dry, flat surface.
2. Position the grill tray (6) and the granite stone
(7) above the heating element. Then put the
products to be fried.
Note: do not let the granite stone fall
down. This may result in its damage or lead
to injuries.
3. Connect the appliance to the electric power socket that has
the same voltage as indicated on the appliance.
4. Turn the appliance on by selecting the desired temperature

level with the temperature regulator (3). Wait for some time
(about 10 minutes) so that the appliance reaches the necessary temperature level.
5. Place the products to be baked on the mini pans (8), cover
these products with cheese and put the pans on the platform
for the mini pans (5) under the heating element of the appliance.
Note: do not insert empty trays into the running appliance.
6. Turn the appliance on.
7. While cooking, occasionally turn the product over using the
wooden spatula.
8. After use turn the appliance off and unplug it from the power
supply.
CLEANING AND CARE
1. Before cleaning always unplug the appliance
from the electric power socket.
2. After the appliance gets completely cool,
wash all the adjustable parts in warm water
with neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive
detergents.
Note: before washing the granite stone (7)
make sure that it is completely cool as it stays hot for a
long time.
3. Before using or storing the appliance, let it dry completely.
USEFUL ADVICE
Raclette en famille with champignons
and bacon
1.5-1.8 kg cheese,
600 g champignons,
40 g butter,
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley,
some pressed garlic, salt, pepper,
12 slices of bread for toasts.
Slice champignons thinly and cut the bacon into cubes. Fry the
bacon, then add champignons and fry these together. Add some
salt, pepper and dust with parsley. Place this mixture on the mini
pans, put a slice of cheese above and bake. Serve this dish with
toasts.
Raclette with shrimps
1.5-1.8 kg cheese,
400 g shelled shrimps,
1 can of asparagus,
2 kg potatoes
Boil the potatoes in their skin and try to keep them warm
afterwards. Place a slice of cheese and shrimps on each mini pan
300 g smoke-dried bacon (with meat),

and melt the cheese for 5-6 minutes. Cut the potatoes into thin
slices, put asparagus and melted cheese with shrimps over them.
Raclette with tomatoes and eggs
1.5-1.8 kg cheese,
12 hard-boiled eggs,
12 tomatoes, 40 g butter,
salt, pepper,
12 slices of bread for toasts
Slice eggs and tomatoes into circles. Put some butter and a
circle of tomato on the mini pan, let it fry for some time. Add some
salt and pepper, put a circle of egg, a slice of cheese and bake.
Serve this dish with toasts.
Raclette with greens
1.5-1.8 kg cheese,
1 coffeespoon of fresh herbs
1 coffeespoon of dried herbs, onion,
1 clove of chopped garlic, salt,
pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 kg potatoes
Boil the potatoes in their skin and try to keep them warm
afterwards. Mix greens with 40 g butter, smother them with onion
and garlic, spread this mixture over the mini pans, put a slice of
cheese above. Add some salt and pepper and bake. Serve this
dish with sliced potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
Raclette with raisins and walnuts
1.5-1.8 kg cheese,
50 g walnuts (almond nuts or hazelnuts),
50 g raisins, 2 tablespoons of gin, 40 g butter
Soak raisins in gin. Chop the nuts not too finely and fry them on
the mini pans with butter. Add raisins, put a slice of cheese and
bake. Serve this dish with brown bread.
Marinade sauce for meat (for 1 kg meat)
3/4 l dry red wine,
1 onion sliced into thin circles,
2 carrots sliced into thin circles,
1 bay leaf, 1 celery stalk,
parsley, thyme, rosemary,
black pepper peas
Chop finely parsley and celery, mix them with another ingredients and pour meat with this mixture. Marinade in the fridge for
12 hours, occasionally turning the pieces of meat over.
Beef schnitzel
For 1 serving: 1 piece of beef about 100 g,
mustard, 2 thin slices of uncooked smoked ham,
butter, ground green pepper,
1 sweet bell pepper, tomatoes, rosemary or estragon
Spread mustard over the meat and fry it with butter on the grill
or the granite stone for 6-8 minutes. Add some pepper. Brown
ham, tomatoes and sliced sweet bell pepper and serve it with the
meat. Dust with rosemary or estragon.

Veal schnitzel à la Tessin
For 1 serving: 1 piece of veal about 100 g,
1 thin slice of boiled ham,
1 thin slice of cream cheese spread, some butter
Fry one surface of schnitzel for 2 minutes. Turn it over, put
some ham and cream cheese spread sliced into stripes and fry for
4 minutes more.
Pancakes
The main recipe for dough (for 6 servings about 20-25 pancakes)
Mix in a bowl 500 g sieved flour with 1 l milk. Add 6 eggs, some
salt, 2 tablespoons of oil or melted butter. Leave it for 1-2 hours.
If the dough is not too liquid, you can add some water. Pour some
dough onto the middle of the granite stone using a small ladle and
spread the dough over the surface with the help of the wooden
spatula making circular motions. After spreading each pancake,
dip the spatula into cold water. In 2 minutes turn the pancake over
with the wooden or plastic spatula and fry the other surface for 2
minutes. If the filling is to be warm, it is placed immediately after
turning the pancake over. In this case pancakes are fried a little
longer. After the pancakes are fried, you can roll them up, fold in
half or in quarter.
Pancakes with honey and nuts
100 g ground hazelnuts,
3 tablespoons of honey
Mix honey with the nuts. As soon as the pancake is cooked,
spread this mixture over it and fold the pancake in quarter. Fry it
for a few seconds. Serve the pancakes with whipping cream.
Pancakes with chocolate and almond nuts
1 chocolate bar
1 packet of chocolate cream
Almond nuts/hazelnuts – 10-12 pieces
Melt 1 chocolate bar in water bath or take 1 packet of chocolate cream.
Grind 10-12 pieces of almond nuts or hazelnuts. Spread the
melted chocolate over the cooked pancakes, dust with ground
nuts and fold in half.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed of in accordance with waste disposal regulations in your country and with the least damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in
the packaging of our products and the cardboard
and paper can be disposed of with normal paper
waste.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not operate or does
not operate properly, contact an authorized
service center for consultancy or repair.
The warrantee does not cover:
- product packing, consumables and accessories (knives, tips, etc.);
- mechanical damages and natural wear of
the product;
- failures due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance,
penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matters
inside the product, exposure of plastic and other not thermalresistant components to high temperatures, force-majeure circumstances (accidents, fire, flooding, power grid failure, lightning stroke, etc.);
- the replacement of the mini pans and the granite stone;
- damages caused by:
X Non-fulfillment of the above-mentioned precautions and op-
erating manuals.
X Application in commercial purposes (application of the product
beyond personal daily living needs).
X Connection to a grid with a voltage which differs from that
indicated on the appliance.
X Unauthorized repair or replacement of the components of the
appliance, performed by an unauthorized person or service
center.
X Water quality and scale deposit (scale cleaning is out of scope
of the warrantee service and shall be performed by the user).
