Intent of the device: This electric kettle is designed for boiling of water using AC power supply.

SAFETY MEASURES
To avoid electric shocks, do not
immerse the appliance, plug or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do not use the machine again, until it has been serviced by an authorized service center.

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

MEASURES
Make sure that the water level
is between the minimum and maximum level before turning
the kettle on. Do not overll the
while boiling. Please, remember that the minimum water
level should be higher than the minimum allowed level.
Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance. Do not
touch the outer surfaces of the kettle with the exception of the heat insulated handle, when water is boiling or with hot water inside the device.
Allow the kettle to cool, prior to cleaning and storing.Disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply
before storage, before lling it with water/emptying it or
moving it from one place to another.
The appliance should always be placed and used, on a
heat resistant, horizontal and dry surface.
To avoid being burnt by hot vapour always close the
lid tightly before use. Avoid exposure to hot vapour.
WARNING! Never open the lid immediately before or after boiling temperature is reached.
The kettle is protected against overheating and if
switched on without water, an automatic safety cut out device will switch it off. If the safety device is activated, allow the kettle to cool down prior to boiling water in it. The kettle will not switch on if it’s too hot. WARNING!
Frequent switching on of the kettle without water might result in the failure of the safety device, that is why prior to switching on the kettle, always check the water level. Always make sure the water level in the kettle is not too low.

Always switch the kettle off prior to lifting it from the base.
Use the kettle only with the supplied base. ► Do not ll a hot kettle with cold water or vice versa.
WARNING! Avoid sharp temperature uctuations when lling the kettle with water.
Connect the device only to an electrical supply with
a protective earthing. If your socket has no protective
earthing, contact a qualied specialist. Do not modify
the plug and do not use cord adapters. WARNING! Electric shocks might occur if the kettle is plugged into an unearthed power supply.
Clean the heating element of the kettle often to de-
scale it. Remember that use of a heavily scaled kettle might cause it to malfunction. WARNING! De-scale the
kettle using only specially designed
cleaning agents.
Before turning the kettle on, make sure that the lid is
closed; otherwise the kettle will not turn off after boiling.
After use of the appliance, the base of the kettle might
be wet. This is normal and is caused by escaping steam, used to activate the kettle’s automatic turn off function.
► Do not tilt the lled kettle backwards, since water can
spill through the steam vent. If this happens, the kettle should be wiped before turning it on.
Do not take the electric cord out of the socket during
operation of the appliance. You should rst turn it off.
After using the appliance let it cool for a few minutes.
After that you can boil water in it again.

BEFORE USE
Remove all packing materials from the appliance. Wipe the appliance body with a soft
damp cloth; thoroughly wash all the appliance parts coming into contact with food, as shown in the section «CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE».
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This kettle has tea making function. You can use it as a usual kettle to boil water or you can use it to make tea.
Usage as a normal kettle:
1. Place the kettle (1) with the power base (9) on dry horizontal surface.
2. Use lid without lter (2) to boil water.
3. Take the kettle off the base (9), open the lid (2) and ll the kettle with water.
4. Make sure the water level stays between the minimum (Min 0,5L) and the maximum (Water Max 1,7L) marks on the water level scale (6). Do not switch on an empty kettle.
5. Switch the kettle on by the on/off switch (7). The indicator light (8) will go on showing that the water is being heated.
6. The appliance will automatically turn off as soon as water boils. You may also manually switch the kettle off
before the boiling process is complete using the on/off
switch (7).
Tea making function:
If tea container lid (4) is used, the maximum level should be 1.2L. See mark “Tea Max 1,2L” on the water scale (6). To make tea, open tea container, put tea leaves into it, close tea container and place the lid on the kettle. Switch on the kettle as usual.

MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning or storing disconnect the kettle from the mains supply and wait till it cools completely. The recommended storage temperature
is from +5°C to +35°С.
2. Wash internal surface of kettle with warm soapy water, rinse carefully
for a period of time, scale and tea stains might
accumulate on the heating plate. In this case ll the

(knives, disks, tips, leads, bowls, lters, grids,
replaceable batteries, etc.)
- Mechanical damages and natural wear and tear of the product;

- Failure due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance, penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matter inside the product, exposure of plastic and other not thermal-resistant components to high temperatures, force-majeure circumstances
(accidents, re, ooding, power grid failure, lightning
stroke, etc.)
- Damage caused by:
► Non-fulllment of the above-mentioned precautions and
operating manual instructions.
► Application in commercial purposes (application of the
product beyond personal daily living needs).
► Connection to a grid with a voltage which differs from
that indicated on the appliance.
► Unauthorized repair or replacement of the components
of the appliance, performed by an unauthorized person or service center.
► Cord damage.
5. The warranty doesn’t cover the adjustment, installation and periodic maintenance of the appliance in accordance with the instruction manual.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed off in accordance with waste disposal regulations in your country and with least possible damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in the packaging of our products and the cardboard and paper can be disposed of with normal paper waste.
