Introduction

1.1 Introducing the 3G Management Center

The unique Billion 3G Management Center is a web-based utility tool, displaying visually its
current 3G-signal status for users to maximize their connection. Users can monitor their
bandwidth with current upload and download speed. This tool also calculates the total
amount of hours or data traffic used per month, allowing users to manage their 3G monthly
subscriptions. The web-based user interface makes it extremely easy for users to install and
manage their network. Supporting DHCP client and server, the router enables system
administrators to easily integrate this router into existing network environments and manage
IP assignment without the need to reconfigure other stations.

1.2 Features

Monitor 3G-connection status

The 3G-connection status can be monitored at any time using Billion’s value added
application utility, the 3G Management Center. 3G Management Center provides a simple
and visual interface for display current upload and download speed. The speed graph can

generate different graph of the device according to different speed. It is also provides the

Max upload and download speed for user reference to maximize their connection.

Calculate information of current month 3G service

The 3G Management Center can calculate the total amount of hours or data traffic used per
month; it is easy for users to manage their 3G monthly subscriptions.

2.1 Before Configuration

Download from the Internet or through other ways to acquire 3G Management Center.

The minimum hardware environment:

PC with Windows XP/2000
250MB hard disk space
512MB memory
1024 * 768 resolution display

Recommended hardware environment:

PC with Windows XP/2000
500MB hard disk space
1G memory
1280*1024 resolution display

2.2 Installation Guard

Download from the Internet or through other ways to acquire 3G Management Center
installation package and copy it to your hard disk.
