P/N 31322 GM Non-Tilt Adapter
Place steel cancel cam (included)
on back of adapter. Secure with the
two 10-32 button head screws and
lock washers (included).
Push brass tipped plunger and wire
(Included) through adapter as shown.
Install adapter to steering column
per instructions provided with steering
wheel.
Push brass tipped plunger and wire
(Included) through adapter.
Place the existing cancel cam
(Not included) on back of adapter.
Secure with the two 10-32 button head
screws and lock washers (included).
Install adapter to steering column
per instructions provided with steering
wheel.
Cancel cam
(Not included)
Remove spring and cancel cam from column.
Remove contact ring from existing cancel cam (not included).
Remove the brass contact post and spring from the existing cancel cam and discard.
Clip the brass plunger and spring from the supplied wire and remove
the white plastic socket as well.
Feed the modified wire through the cancel cam as shown.
Solder the wire to the back of the contact ring and re-install
the ring onto the cancel cam.
Install modified cancel cam and spring onto column.
Install adapter to steering column
per instructions provided with
steering wheel.
Note; Adapter hole may
need to be drilled to 3/8”
