Dear Sirs,
Our client’s product with the above listed product identification(s) will be installed in

vehicles before they will be placed into the market.
Hereby they assure that the following caution statement as per CFR 47, §15.21 is

included in the owner’s manual of the vehicles:
The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC WARNING”: “NOTE” or relevant title and

“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”

In addition, our client also assures that the following statement will be included in the
manual as per CFR 47, §15.19(a)(3) and RSS-GEN 7.1.3:

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Industry Canada license­exempt RSS standard(s).
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause
harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation
