Sicherheitsinformationen
• Schützen Sie das Mikrofon vor Feuchtigkeit, Herunterfallen und
Stoß. Sie könnten das Mikrofon dabei beschädigen!
• Pusten Sie nicht in das Mikrofon und vermeiden Sie es, auf den
Mikrofonkorb zu klopfen. Zur Funktionskontrolle sollten Sie in
das Mikrofon sprechen oder leicht am Mikrofonkorb kratzen.
Anwendungen
Auf der Unterseite neben der Seriennummer des TG D50d kann
mit einem Umschalter zwischen den Einstellungen LIN oder EQ
gewählt werden.
Steht der Schalter auf LIN kann das Mikrofon zur Abnahme von
Toms, Snare oder anderen Instrumenten verwendet werden.

Die Einstellung EQ eignet sich speziell zur Abnahme von Kick
Drums. Mit dem optionalen Stativ ST 99 kann das Mikrofon entweder vor oder sogar innerhalb der Kick Drum platziert werden.

Anschluss
Das TG D50d ist mit einem 3-poligen XLR-Stecker ausgestattet. Sie
können das Mikrofon an jeden symmetrischen Mikrofoneingang
anschließen. Erhältliche Kabel dafür finden Sie unter „Zubehör
optional“. Eventuell anliegende Phantomspeisung beschädigt das
Mikrofon nicht.
Inbetriebnahme
• Das TG D50d hat eine Nierencharakteristik und ist sehr rückkopplungsarm. Um maximale Rückkopplungssicherheit und
hohe Übersprechdämpfung zu erreichen, sollte das Mikrofon so
positioniert werden, dass Monitorboxen oder andere, laute
Schallquellen von hinten (Winkel ca. 180° zur Längsachse) auf
das Mikrofon strahlen.
• Zum Lieferumfang des TG D50d gehört die Mikrofonklammer
MKV 99 für Stative mit 3/8" und 5/8"-Gewinde.
Pflege
Bei Bedarf reinigen Sie das TG D50d mit einem angefeuchteten,
weichen Tuch. Wenn notwendig, können Sie ein mildesReinigungsmittel (z.B. Geschirrspülmittel) verwenden, auf keinen Fall lösemittelhaltige Reiniger! Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit in den
Mikrofonkopf gelangt.
Service
Im Servicefall wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren lokalen Händler.
Öffnen Sie das Mikrofon auf keinen Fall selbst, Sie könnten sonst
alle Gewährleistungsansprüche verlieren.

Safety Information
• Protect the microphone from moisture and sudden impacts.
You could damage the microphone!
• Do not blow into the microphone and do not knock on the
microphone basket. Speak into the microphone or lightly
scratch the microphone head grill to check functionality.
Applications
At the bottom next to the serial number of the TG50d there is a
switch for LIN or EQ settings.
If the switch has been set to LIN, the microphone can be used for
miking toms, snare or other instruments.

If the switch has been set to EQ the microphone can be specially
used for miking kick drums. By using the optional ST 99 stand, the
microphone can either be placed in front or inside the kick drum.

Connection
The TG D50d is equipped with a 3-pin XLR plug. The microphone
can be plugged into any balanced microphone input. Available
cables for the microphone can be found under “Optional
Accessories”. The use of phantom power does not damage the
microphone.
Setting up
• The TG D50d has a cardioid polar pattern and transmits very
little feedback. In order to maximise feedback suppression and
ensure high crosstalk attenuation, the microphone should be
positioned in such a way that the monitor speakers or other,
loud sound sources are aimed at the microphone from behind
(angle approx. 180˚ to the longitudinal axis).
• The MKV 99 microphone clip for stands with a 3/8" and 5/8"
thread adapter is included in delivery of the TG D50d.
Maintenance
The TG D50d may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth as required.
If necessary, a gentle cleaning agent (e.g. washing-up liquid) may
be used – but on no account use a cleaner containing solvents.
Make sure that no liquid penetrates the microphone head.
Service
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel only,
please contact your local dealer in this case. Dismantling the microphone yourself will invalidate the guarantee.

Sécurité

Applications
Les réglages LIN ou EQ peuvent être sélectionnés au moyen d'un
commutateur situé sur le dessous de l'appareil, à côté du numéro
de série du TG D50d.
Lorsque le commutateur est positionné sur LIN, le microphone peut
être utilisé pour la prise de son de toms, caisse claire ou d'autres
instruments.

Le réglage EQ est spécialement étudié pour la prise de son de grosse
caisse. Avec le pied ST 99 disponible en option, le microphone peut
être placé devant ou même à l’intérieur de la grosse caisse.

Branchement
Le TG D50d est doté d’une fiche XLR 3 broches. Vous pouvez
brancher le microphone sur toutes les entrées de microphone
symétriques. A cet effet, vous trouverez les câbles disponibles au
point « Accessoires en option ». Une alimentation fantôme
éventuellement appliquée n’endommage pas le microphone.
Mise en service
• Le TG D50d a une directivité cardioïde et est très peu sensible à
l’effet Larsen. Pour une protection maximum contre l’effet
Larsen et une diminution optimale de la diaphonie, nous
recommandons de positionner le microphone de façon à ce que
le son des moniteurs ou d’autres sources sonores bruyantes
parvienne de l’arrière au microphone (angle d’environ 180° par
rapport à l’axe longitudinal).
• Le TG D50d est livré avec la pince de microphone MKV 99 pour
les pieds de sol avec filetage 3/8" et 5/8".
Entretien
Le cas échéant, nettoyez le TG D50d à l’aide d’un chiffon doux
humidifié. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez utiliser un produit nettoyant
doux (p. ex. produit vaisselle), n’utilisez en aucun cas de solvants.
Veillez à ce qu’aucun liquide ne pénètre dans la tête de microphone.
Service après-vente
En cas de nécessité veuillez vous adresser à votre distributeur local.
N’ouvrez jamais le microphone, vous risquerez sinon de perdre
vous droits de garantie.
