DESCRIPTION
The SID 202 is a “Stand Alone” interpreter console for simple interpreting applications with two target languages. The interpreter console has been designed for two interpreters who take turns. Each interpreter can connect one headset or one microphone and headphone to the console. For powering, the console does not need a control unit; it is powered via the supplied power supply unit. The audio channels for input and 2-channel output are connected via a set of cables. As the work of an interpreter requires a lot of concentration, all controls and indicators are designed economically for a convenient operation. Unnoticed by the participants of the meeting, the interpreter can contact a technician at any time by using a call button.
