Verschleiß darf der Schwanenhals nur bis max. 90 Grad
gebogen werden.
Gooseneck - Caution

Sie haben sich für ein Miniatur-Kondensator-Schwanenhalsmikrofon für Deckenmontage OM 302/304 aus der
beyerdynamic Classis-Serie entschieden. Vielen Dank für
Ihr Vertrauen. Nehmen Sie sich bitte einige Minuten Zeit
und lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung vor In be trieb nahme auf merk sam durch.
Anwendung
Das Classis OM 302/304 wird in Konferenzräumen,
Schulungsräumen, bei Tele-/Videokonferenzen, für
Protokoll auf zeich nungen u.ä. eingesetzt.
Das Classis OM 302/304 ist aufgrund der Nierencharakteristik sehr rückkopplungsarm. Der flexible
Schwanenhals erlaubt eine optimale Ausrichtung auf die
Schallquelle.
Die Mikrofone zeichnen sich durch die innovative
Scudio™-Technologie aus, die die Mikrofone absolut
störunempfindlich gegenüber drahtlosen Kommunikationsgeräten wie z.B. Mobiltelefonen macht.
Classis OM 302 / OM 304
Installation
Das Classis OM 302 wurde speziell zur Decken montage
in niedrigen Räumen, das Classis OM 304 zur abgehängten Decken montage in hohen Räumen entwickelt. Das
8 m lange verdrehsichere Kabel am Classis OM 304 kann
bei Bedarf gekürzt werden und ermöglicht so eine
Positionierung des Mikrofons in jeder gewünschten
Höhe.
Zum Einbau in normale Decken verwenden
Sie Standard-Schalterdosen (ø 60 mm).
Zum Einbau in abgehängte Decken
verwenden Sie Standard-Hohlwanddosen
(ø 68 mm).
Anschluss
Verlegen Sie ein Mikrofonkabel (2-adrig abgeschirmt)
vom Verstärker zu der gewünschten Stelle in der Decke.
Verlegen Sie dieses Kabel unbedingt getrennt von
netzspannungsführenden Leitungen. Das Mikrofonkabel
sollte mit einer der beiden beiliegenden Zugentlastungsschellen an der Platine festgeschraubt werden
(Zeichnung). Der Anschluss an den Schraubklemmen ist
wie folgt:

Bei dünnen Innenleitern
des Mikrofonkabels
empfiehlt es sich, diese
mit Aderendhülsen
zu verstärken.
Montage
Entfernen Sie den Abdeckrahmen. Setzen Sie die
Metallträgerplatte mit der Platine vorsichtig in die
Schalterdose ein und schrauben Sie die Trägerplatte mit
den zwei mitgelieferten Schrauben fest. Danach drücken
Sie den Abdeckrahmen in die Aussparungen der
Trägerplatte.

Ausrichtung
Richten Sie den Schwanenhals so aus, dass das Mikrofon
direkt auf die Schallquelle zeigt. Das Classis OM 304 sollten Sie zuerst einige Zeit frei hängen lassen, damit sich
das Kabel streckt.

PRODUCT INFORMATION Classis OM 302/304
Thank you for selecting one of the OM 302/304 miniature
condenser gooseneck microphones for ceiling mounting of
the beyerdynamic Classis series. Please take some time to
read carefully through this information before using the
product.
Applications
The Classis OM 302/304 has been designed for sound
contracting applications including tele/video con ferencing,
choir miking and distance learning.
It has a cardioid polar response giving high gain before
feedback and the electret-condenser microphone
elements give clear audio response even when operating
at extended distances from the sound source.
All microphones feature the innovative Scudio™ technology,
making the microphones absolutely insensitive to wireless
communication devices such as mobile phones.
Classis OM 302 / OM 304
Installation
The Classis OM 302 has been designed
for ceiling mounting and utilises a standard
wall-plate (inner diameter:
60 mm) for easy installation.
The Classis OM 304 has been designed
for use in rooms which have high ceilings
and where it is necessary to hang the
microphone in the area of the sound
source. It also utilises a standard wallplate and is fitted with 8 metres of cable
which can be shortened to the desired
length by cutting and re-terminating at the
PCB.
Connection
Lay a cable (2 conductor + shield) from the amplifier to
the desired installation position. Take care to route this
cable separately from mains power cables or any other
cables or equipment which may induce interference.
The microphone cable should be fixed with one of the two
enclosed strain-relief clamps and then screwed to the PCB.
Connection to the screw
terminals is as follows:
inner-conductors to + and (take care to observe
phase) and the shield/drain
wire to ground (shield).
Mounting
When the installation terminations are completed, place
the microphone assembly into the mounting box and
fasten using the two screws. Take care not to trap any of
the cables between the plate and the mounting box.
Adjustment
When the microphone has been adjusted to the correct
height and has settled into its final position the gooseneck
can then be adjusted to the optimum position relative to
the sound source.

Service
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel
only. Dismantling the microphone yourself will invalidate
the guarantee.

Applications
Le Classis OM 302/304 est principalement destinés à la
prise de son lors de tables rondes, conférences, télé- et
vidéo conférences et dans des salles de classes où une
apparence discrète du microphone est indispensable.

Le Classis OM 302/304 a une directivité semi-cardioïde, ce
qui améliore considérablement le gain avant accrochage
arrière (Larsen) et cela sans aucune coloration du son.
Tous les microphones se caractérisent par la technologie
innovante Scudio™ rendant les microphones totalement
insensibles aux parasites émanant d’appareils de communication sans fil tels que les téléphones mobiles.
Classis OM 302 / OM 304
Branchement
Le Classis OM 302 est conçu pour être fixé sur un plafond
bas. Le Classis OM 304 est muni d’un câble permettant de
le suspendre sous un plafond élevé. Ce câble spécial de
8 mètres assure une excellente suspension sans entortillement. Il peut en cas de nécessité être raccourci et permet
ainsi un positionnement optimal de n’importe quelle
hauteur.
Pour l’encastrement dans un plafond
traditionnel vous pouvez utiliser un boîtier
d’encastrement à sceller standard
(diamètre intérieur: 60 mm).
Pour l’encastrement dans un plafond
suspendu vous pouvez utiliser un boîtier
d’encastrement spécial
(diamètre extérieur: 68 mm).
Raccordement
Posez un câble microphone blindé à 2 conducteurs entre
l’amplificateur et l’emplacement choisi au plafond. Il est
impératif que ce câble ne soit pas en contact avec des
câbles conducteurs d’électricité. Le câble microphone
devrait être fixé aux extrémités avec un des serre-câbles
fournis (voir illustration).
Le branchement sur les bornes
á vis se fait comme suit:

Si vous utilisez un câble

renforcer avec une douille
à sertir.
Montage
Enlevez le cadre. Placez la platine avec précaution dans le
boîtier et fixez la avec les deux vis fournies. Remettez en
place le cadre de protection.

Orientation
Placez le col de cygne de façon à ce que le microphone
soit directement orienté vers le source sonore. Avec un
Classis OM 304 il est important de le laisser pendre
pendant un certain temps pour permettre au câble de se
détendre entièrement.

En cas de nécessité veuillez vous adresser à un technicien
beyerdynamic autorisé. N’ouvrez jamais le microphone,
vous risqueriez sinon de perdre vos droits de garantie.
